Let customers know (I couldn't find it in the user manual under starting vehicle or keys) that if the vehicle key won't turn in ignition, to wiggle steering wheel while turning key. This happened to us. Rental location wasn't open so we called another location where they fortunately knew the trick. Otherwise, vehicle was clean & ran well. We did not like the brake pedal, which is a bit difficult to use & hard on the calf muscles. But that is an issue for Ford.
