They tell you to use the "app" to return your truck, but of course the app STILL (2 days later) has yet to send a verification code. The link saying "Didn't receive a verification code?" did nothing. Tried to use the website instead, and it immediately told me that it was unable to find my location, citing my internet settings. My internet settings and everything else on the device I was using had location services completely enabled. So at the end of the day I was charged over $120 for my $19.99 rental. Just all around a flat out scam. I guess this is why I've never used UHaul and never will again.

Quality of the service was great. However, I wish the staff was more friendly. I wouldn't say the staff had a bad attitude, but a smile to go along with the "Have a nice day" would make it seem more genuine rather than a face and tone that says "I'm saying this because I have to". Overall, great service, but a friendlier staff would have been nice.

The young man who helped me (I wish I remembered his name) really went above and beyond to help me find what I needed in a pinch. The equipment I thought I would use would not have worked and he went to another UHaul that was closed at the time to bring me what I needed. It was all ready to go when I returned. Great service!

The trailer I rented had a broken wire which prevented the running lights from working - I found it right away while doing a pre-trip inspection. When I picked up the trailer the representative should have picked up that the lights were not working.when he did his inspection of the lights. I know this didn't happen after I picked up the trailer as there was corrosion on the broken wire,

Our check-in employee told us we could not have the truck for 3 days- against company rules. Called a supervisor, and that person gave the ok. I called 3 subsequent days to extend our rental and those employees were wonderful and extended our rental - no supervisor necessary. So make sure all employees are on the same page......Thank you.

Everything went well with the drop off but I was charged a mileage fee when I returned the the truck. I was told that I would be credited 50 miles since I had to pick the the truck up in another location. Seems like U-Haul reps make a lot of promises that are not kept. 1. That White Plains had all of the equipment 2. That the Motorcycle Trailer would be given to me for $20 3. That I would be credited 50 miles for all of the running around that I had to do to get my equipment.

Mileage allowed was not enough. I was given 48 miles. If I drove direct from uhaul to uhaul location it was 47 miles. Not leaving any additional to pickup and drop off product I was moving. Also I thought in general the price for a 10’ truck for a few hours was quite high. I didn’t have another choice. If I did I would never pay that much.

Nada. I had literally just pulled up in to what appeared to be a personless lot...and out appeared a Uhaul CSR out of nowhere to remove my trailer and sent me on my merry way in less than 3 mins! Superb job! I had a seem less experience from reservation in DC to drop off in CT.

I did 35 miles , I refilled (2.2 gallons) and was charged again 4.4 gallons ..... means 5 miles per gallon ! Not sure this is correct ....

I didnt have to go inside, however it looked nice enough there. The employee was curtious and was able to give me a credit for a few miles that I had gone over on my daily mileage.
