The location was the third option beyond the original reservation. Keeping in mind that the reservation was scheduled well in advance, the issue of locations being posted as open but in fact were not and that the actual location we received the truck from didn’t have all the equipment we requested (a utility dolly) made our moving day more difficult. But this location did have the truck we needed and was opened when we needed it to be where other locations weren’t.

I highly recommend that you stop allowing them to represent Uhaul. Uhaul has always stood by their name, products and most of all their customers. The place where I picked up/dropped off is despicable. The man was not only rude he was disrepectable and lied to me more than once. I am completely appalled by the charges that have been sent to me. Everytime I turn around the price changes 1st it was suppose to be $ 79.00 plus mileage. 2nd $255.00 when I turned the truck in and disputed the charges with Uhaul during my check out. 3rd I have an email/statement with $313.00 ... I'm in shock and honestly don't know if I will ever use Uhaul again. I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of and ripped off and for that to happen during one of the most important stressful things we go through is overwhelming and disgraceful. My heart is broken... Because of this I am starting out in my new home in debt and the man who is representing Uhaul is responsible for this. You may also want to send someone to inspect your trucks that he has because the one I got was awful and when I let him know he basically blew me off which I also mentioned in my checkout. Please reconsider these charges. I would not have had the truck as long as I did if he hadn't lied and said I wouldn't be charged for bringing it a couple hours late. Then he charged me for another day because I was 15 minutes late and called him in advance and again he was very rude. I only needed the truck for 2 days. Sincerely Disappointed, Deborah Stephens

We were satisfied with it the way it was just fine. Maybe turn down the TV while talking to customers as it’s difficult to hear you from behind your bullet proof cage. The man who helped us was kind and smiling. I would use them again.

Truck needed repairs. Had lack of pulling power, constant loose steering and used $125.00 too much gas. I will NEVER rent from the dealer on Airport Rd again ! He could not speak English & definitely did not care about the customer !!!!!

The phone reservation was easily made on Saturday & then When it was time to pick up on Sunday I called the same phone # I used Saturday & was told to go to a different address to pickup by 2 pm Sunday. When I got to that specific address I was told I was at the wrong address & I was given a new address for pickup, then had to wait till 3 pm Not too happy about that. Seems like there’s a customer service learning opportunity for the booking agent! After that it was smoother & I'm very happy with the affordability & courtesy of the attendant at the food mart.

Very convenient that they stay open until 10 PM. The only negative is that there’s usually only one Clerk trying to do other sales and Uhaul the computer that they use is extremely slow.

Worst rental experience ever!! Equipment was not in working order. A known problem that has been documented for months and still not fixed. Manager not helpful and does not maintain proper safety standards on his rental equipment. Stay away from this rental facility/gas station!!
