Good service, very busy, when I ask if the trailer I gad initially picked could hold a motorcycle, the answer I got was it does has tie downs, but when I saw the tie downs I was not comfortable so I ask them to change it for the motorcycle trailer and they did very efficiently, please help your clerks be able to provide advice

The people hooking upthe trailer to my truck hussled me for a tip and told me he was suppose to clock out but the office told him to hook the trailer up. Told me that he just moved there and anything would be good for gas or whatever. I gave him $5.00 because he made me feel like I had too not because I wanted too.

We were told we could move our reservation up a day picking up a truck at 1 pm. Went there and the girl behind the counter was very rude and said we ain't got a truck and you didnt talk to us. The whole parking lot was full of trucks. I told her I called their store and she said well it wasn't us. My original reservation was set for 10am pickup it was moved to noon. She told us our truck would not arrive until noon the next day. We arrived just before noon and we were told they gave our truck to someone else. Which means our truck was there before noon. Now we had to take a bigger truck which means more gas. My wife called the Manager and still to this day no call back.

They gave me an estimate of around $52.00. When they posted the final amount from my credit card, it was $20 higher. The email with thereceipt arrived, and I was unable to open file that they sent containing the receipt. So I have no clue would cause a bill to be charged at a higher amount.

I called to confirm my reservation, drove from Florida to complete a move in New Orleans. 6 hours later when I arrived, my equipment was ther but no key. The GM, VJ Mackle JR wouldn't answer his phone for almost an hour. The 24 hour 800 number want much better. Once he finally answered, I asked if he knew I was calling, he said yeah. What? Finally I got my keys but over 2 hours later and the area I was waiting at is very sketchy part of New Orleans.

I've recently had a bad experience with uhaul payment processing. .. uhaul computer system, however it happen, drafted over a $150 out my account while I was driving the vehicle as if I returned the van and customer service can't tell how it happened other than they corrected the situation but I have to wait 5 to 10 business days before it gets credit back on my account. .

This was the second location I visited after a long and stressful day brought on by poor commmunication from the marrero location. These ladies were like super heroes! I had a moving crew in place and a deadline to meet and got the run around sand a bunch of excuses all day from various uhaul representatives over the phone.

The vehicle was clean however it just had a stinch that I can't describe. Also I didn't like that they charged me for 30 miles although I stated I was only going about 7 then they had to refund me money and who knows how long that will take. Other than that everything went well.
