This location was perfect, but again, UHaul really messed up their promised delivery of trailer on time at location within 30 min of my desired location. Work on your logistics, and maybe actually compensate those adversely impacted if you want a positive perception.

This place is a mess. First they tell you a truck is available then find out they don't have it, twice. They do not work above the bare minimum their job requires them to do. The employees do not disclose every charge you are subject to. The girl that "helped" me at the counter did not tell me everything I would be charged and I ended up paying over $60 more than what I was told I would pay. And then when I opened a complaint about this, the "manager" I that called to discuss the incident was EXTREMELY rude, accusatory, condescending and not professional at all. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!

The trailer was not connected properly and one of the chains popped as well as the cable for the lights. The driver side wheel lockdown was broke. I had to purchase a new cable for trailer lights and wheel lockdown. My tripped was delayed because I could not drive at night. No reduction of price nor refund was offered.

Subpar customer service during the reservation process. They didn't even show me which vehicle to take. Literally said 'the vans are parked outside. Make sure this mileage and gas are correct'. When I asked 'which one'. Said 'just look at number'.

I made reservations 6 days prior, that included appliance dollies. No dollies were available, only the flat furniture ones. I even called in 2 days prior to change pick up and time and to confirm the reservation, and nothing was mentioned about dollies not being available, had i know i would of made proper arrangements. Obviously not having these dollies made the move very difficult.

26' Truck I rented was very clean, but the body had seen better days. For 170,000 miles the engine ran well. There was a oil light on when I picked it up, the representative assured me that it had been on a while and written up, but never addressed. Overall a good experience with staff and facility, and truck did exactly what I needed, just wasn't visually appealing.



The counter person was not knowledgeable on the use of uhaul computer system at all. Additionally, she had a attitude of " I hate my job and don't care to be here". The yard man was good.

I made the reservation for 8 they told me they didn't open until 10. They didn't get the truck to us until 11. Ask for a dollie didn't get one. They had also reserved a truck at another location. Got 3 emails all the info was wrong. Will never use that place again unacceptable.

There were insufficient number of employees. There was one clerk and employee to handle equipment. The employee handling the equipment was inadequately trained. He was apparently new and he did not know how to secure our automobile to the car trailer that we had rented. He was the only employee there to handle the equipment. We spent approximately an hour and a half before an employee who was not working at the time came to assist. In short - train employees prior to leaving them on their own. Additional staff

Customer service was excellent, she recognizes her customers and I was greeted immediately. In and out fast. The only problem, lots of dust in the truck... just needed a wipe down..

No one was there to check in the uhaul at drop off station. The employees seemed to have a difficult time working the technology of checking in vehicle. They sent me off saying all was ok, only to receive a call more or less saying, "why do you still have our uhaul after week?!" Doesn't your system know when you rent a uhaul that was dropped off and re-rented to end the first contract? It was very disappointing and disconcerting to receive that phone call.
