For starters, the uhaul we rented REAKED of cigarette smoke. It literally smelled like a cheap hotel room. The vehicle was in desperate need of a front-end alignment. The people that work there clearly hate their jobs. Then, when I was online filling out stuff to rent the uhaul, it said 0.29/mi but of course when we got to the store it was 0.79/mi. We used a total of 24 miles, got charged for almost 30 miles!!! We even did the math for the guy checking the uhaul and he still charged us. Uhaul is a complete scam and I will make sure to tell all of my friends as well as post on facebook to let everyone know to NEVER use uhaul.

The truck was not clean. The service inside was very slow and computer kept going down during my transaction. I used to prefer this location however, this location is just as bad as the others. I truly hate having to rent a truck from U-haul.

From reservation to pick up, to drop off. Great experience. I lost my keys when dropping off and they were quick to bring them to me when someone turned them in! I love this place! Fast and easy. Remember they serve the public and the "public" is not always easy to deal with;, watch and learn and and give them your business!

The first truck's (JH4025AAD3785-AD) oil Iight was on and the representative indicated the truck would be OK to drive. I requested another truck. At first, the representative told me there wasn't another truck. After five minutes, the representative offered a different truck. After receiving a different truck (JH1679A), I had an extremely rough and loud ride. Moving is stressful and to be confronted with non maintain equipment and a representative stating the faulty equipment is okay to rent is unexceptable. As a paying customer, would uhaul give their rental truck to a customer whose payment method was decline. NO, they would not. I expect a quality functioning product on the initial communication with representative and not have to have a stand off to get a working vehicle. Maintenance of your vehicles is important and Oakwood UHaul failed!!

The service was amazing from the time I picked up to the time I dropped off. The store manager was very professional and my sales clerk was very informative. I learned that this location operates as a team. They all communicated very well to help me with my rental.

3 things, (1) I reserved 2 furniture dollies, only 1 was availabke the morning of the rental, (2) when I returned the truck, your guy claimed the gas calculator says the gas should have been at 15/16 of a tank. I showed him a pick I took when I picked up the truck showing the gas at 7/8, (3) I went about 5 miles over the estimated miles which left a $3 and some change balance. He confirmed that. When I went into pay, the person inside said I owed $10 and some change. She went out to check, came back in and said that I was correct,an honest mistake. My reply was an honest mistake that cost customers money if they don't pay attention to things. 3 issues with one rental. Not satisfied with your operation.

A strong smell of gas or some that was so strong I had to drive with windows open on a very chilly day. Even my clothes when removed from the vehicle still had that smell on them. I was very uncomfortable
