when we returned the van and went inside to pay, the manager said that there was a scratch on the van. the van was full of scratches and x's all over the van, plus it was dirty. The Manager was very unprofessional and rude. They make you check out the vehicle and put marks all over some paper showing any marks, as I stated earlier, there were marks all over the van. they are trying to charge 250.00 for damages. We never damaged the van at all. we only used it to move a dining room set. This was the worst service ever.

When my vehicle was returned, the service members gave me the receipt for the entirely wrong customer. The service was fine during pick up, but I’m very upset that the representatives handing out the receipt were so careless with documents containing customers’ personal info containing names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and last four digits of the card used. It’s unacceptable to be so careless with someone’s personal info and not verify that they are giving a receipt to the correct customer.

U haul do not fix damages they leave them for other customers to pay for over and over again. I have been renting from u haul company for over 10 years and I never had a problem until today. Your manager at the number 4 in (Gretna LA )location told me he did know what time I brought the U-Haul back and it had damages. I ask to see the camera so we can discuss if there where damages before I left the store. I mined you the damage is all the way at the top of the U-Haul. I drove the truck from Gretna Park apt to the public storage in which I did not have to go under anything . I only have the truck for 2 1/2 hours . The damage at the top of the truck look like someone run into something I never hit anything. I just would like to see the cameras before I left the store because I believe the damages where already there and U-Haul never fix it from the first time they probably charge a customer for damages. I will never recommend any nor will I ever rent from U-Haul again. And I will be posting this to let the world know how U-Haul conduct business. This is unfair I never hit anything .

One of the drivers hit my car today damaging the rear passenger side of my car, along with the bumper while my car was parked at your Oakwood location. I do plan on taking actions on this matter. When I returned the U-Haul truck no one informed me of this situation which makes matters worse.

The outside guy wasnt friendly at all. After getting my paperwork inside I was instructed to go outside where he would take care of me but after being out there for about 4min I asked him if I was supposed to get the trailer myself. I guess I was interrupting him from cleaning a van. He finally gets the trailer and never does a check and I find out later only a turn signal was the only thing working on it. A supervisor needs to talk to him.

Was charged damages for fictitious smug with no evidence of indentation to vehicle. Sheer abuse of power by store manager! Workers saw NOTHING on the vehicle! Manager says he must collect enough money to cover damages his store inventory! True fraud!
