The site crashed before I got in and the employees didn't know how to work their own system, and there was no explanation right off the bat that my reservation couldn't be found because of this. Owner Joel Dietrich was the one "helping" me. He didn't greet me or let me know what was going on, and instead opted to stare at me without a word until I prompted him with "do you want my reservation number?" He attempted to rebuild my reservation, but his knowledge of uhaul's system and his customer service skills were both severely lacking. He repeatedly turned to his coworkers for help and I could tell they both wanted to call him a dumb-ass since he kept asking them basic questions like "what do I do next?" to which they answered "it tells you what to do next on the screen." I've rented from uhaul before, which is how I didn't end up screwed over this time. The employees were not knowledgeable and did not tell me vital things like noting damages on the vehicle, how to handle it if I damaged the vehicle, what happens if I need assistance, or the fact that if I don't fill up the tank before dropping it off, I will get charged a significantly higher rate by uhual for them to refill the tank. The employees also couldn't manage to keep their masks on and repeatedly took them off to talk to customers and each other. It took me 45 minutes to get the truck that I had already reserved. I was then double charged because of their mistake. Uhual tends to be the easiest truck rental to use because of their many locations, after-hours dropoff, and online reservations, but after this experience, I will be doing everything I can to use other services.
This location cancelled the reservation I made online because I was late; I didn't know I had to be there at the specified time, I just thought I had to pick it up and return it within the 6 hour window that I booked. They should have called me before they cancelled the reservation. Luckily, I was able to make do with a different size trailer but I was told that gresham was the only one who had the size I requested within a 25 mile radius so had I needed that specific size it would have been a much bigger problem. The location of the gresham store is also problematic. There is not enough parking and it is on such a busy street and it only allows one way traffic which can be confusing. The man who helped me hook up the trailer was excellent though. I had the wrong size ball and he sold me the right one and then installed it in the pouring rain.
When I first arrived they said they didn't have the truck I was assigned to. They had me keep saying "can't find that truck" 4 times before getting me another truck. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it all to go though online. Wasn't a very fast process at all. Definitely wouldn't do it again.

Have dropped off here before and had no issue. This time it was amautuer hour in side and out. You have protocols to follow because of COVID and these two gentlemen decided to do whatever they wanted.
The equipment I rented wasn't put in truck so it wasted a lot of our time going back to get it therefore making it to where we weren't able to get everything

2 of your people seemed angry and didn't like their job. 1 was supposed to reserve a 15' truck for the next day for us but failed to do so. The other guy was very rude when we were asking questions outside before we left with the first rental. We won't be using the location again, will find another due to the attitudes we got from this location we used.

The inside of the windshield was filthy. When I got into the sun I couldn't see.
Guy was really helpful and and got us in and out within 10 minutes. Dropped off same day with no hassle. Will be back again
You may want to alert the customer to any extra taxes of fees -- I was unaware of the rental tax, which I believe is specific to the country I rented from.
Have access to keys for online pickup..
Over charged prices. Next time I will probably rent from a different company
