Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFix your website to actually reflect what your trailers can pull or hire employees who understand what each trailer can do. We were re assured multiple times we didn’t need a toy hauler to move a truck. After driving 3 hours to load up the truck, it did not fit. I will never use U-Haul again. Your customer service reps did very little to help and acted like they could do nothing to help us. They put in for a refund but I have very little hope I will see any of the $300+ we wasted on diesel and a U-Haul that doesn’t even fit the truck we had to register on your website to rent the trailer.
Lexi FIt’s an abandoned lot with U-Haul trucks and trailers on the side of interstate 30. Think how every horror movie starts and that’s the feeling you get there.
Michael TWe're wonderful to work with will recommend to anyone in that area.
Charlene HThere was no personnel available. I dropped trailer and left. Did not get any indication the trailer had been received until I received my receipt via email.
