Edwin SGet your information correct and not wrongfully accuse customers of stealing your equipment. Plus have the equipment assigned to the correct customer. Instead of having a truck showing up in a whole different part of the country, have it show up in the same state as the person renting it!
Michelle Hthe truck was empty (3 miles to Empty) and the truck was ok but not clean just average the lady at the store was help full, I think that the truck should at lease have enough gas to let you start your trip with out having to put gas in it. not great.
Ronald RThe mobile experience was not good. The lock was rusted and very hard to open. I had to be guided to another lock. It took 45 min to get checked in and 30 to check out. I thought mobile would be quicker and more efficient but it was not.
