The back of the truck was filthy, dirty and loaded with cockroaches. I actually had to go into the facility and request some kind of a roach killer of which I sprayed the back of the truck with an entire bottle covered every surface. I had to wait almost 24 hours and then I had to use a pressure washer to finish cleaning the truck out. I checked the oil which was about a half of a quart low. It was topped off with the appropriate weight of oil. The truck ran terribly, sounded like it needed a serious tuneup and made all kinds of transmission noises however, it did get me to my destination without a breakdown.
Richard KA $60 deposit for a rental of a trailer is ridiculous.
Clarence TTrailer was in very poor condition mechanically. It had a very bad bounce in the tires/axle that caused the car to shake the entire 4 hour trip. Either the tires needed balancing or something was wrong with the axle. It also leaked water from roof during a rain, and the tie-down railings inside were falling off/not stable. This trailer needs retiring!! Regarding the app that you use to check in and out on trailer, never could get it to work properly. Main issue was the button selections would not advance to allow completion of this process.
