The manager was rude. He had a helper/employee standing next to me when I parked the truck next to another 26 footer, yet he asked me to move the truck and park it in front of their front door. When I said I shouldn't be moving vehicles on their property, he got ill and charged me 25 dollars to fold 6 blankets that I didn't even rent. As a Uhaul dealer I know what a clean Uhaul looks like. It was not in need of cleaning.

Too expensive for just a trailer

Pick up truck on Saturday August 4th at 8:30 AM. I dropped of the truck at 8:00AM on Sunday August 5th. The location was closed. I left a copy of my contract and the truck key in the drop box. Received an email for an addition charge of $38.00 for another day and $28.00 insurance. As far as I know there is still 24 hours in a day. Unfair that I was charged for another day when the drop off location was closed. Also I had half a tank more gas in truck then when I picked it up. Never will use UHaul again.

I waited 45 minutes to pick-up the UHaul. I was stressed because I booked a crew to help move.

The vehicle was spotless ......looked like new....the representatives were so nice. Gas mileage was remarkable.
