When you return equipment they said to just drop it off, luckily the person who came by told me where he would prefer it, I got a call days later to see when I was dropping it off, it was dropped off Friday 8/4 about 4 pm and no one closed out my transaction

Online drop off was a breeze
greg P.Tried to check in after hours but the signage was not good and we struggled to figure out what we needed to do. Hours they are open are limited as well. The truck was great but the experts the end of the move was disappointing.
