This location has many buildings and none of them are marked to indicate where you should go. The key was in a tiny box far away from the trucks and the combination was already entered into the lock. The truck was parked behind a building.

Troy MWhen checking in to pick up the trailer, I asked if the tire pressures were ok and I was assured they were. Upon arriving to the trailer, my pretrip inspection found one tire VERY soft, I hitched it up and brought it up to the office. Further discussion informed me that no spare or replacement tire was available and that they would air it up the low tire. Stating I was uncomfortable with this tire situation, I was told "we can't do anything about that here" and I would have to go to a U-Haul store to have it replaced. Not exactly what I would call warm & fuzzies or great customer service, not to mention a schedule that didn't have time for hours of monkeying around. We aired that tire up at every fuel stop for 1700 miles, what a PITA.

Jason BI was under the impression that I had a 2 day rental, but I was charged extra after returning the trailer "late" yesterday afternoon. I only had the trailer about 29 hours total.
Edward SThe truck was buried in snow with inches of ice on the windshield and the back door was frozen shut. There was no ice scraper in the truck so I had to walk 1/4 mile back to the shop in the snow to borrow one. I could not complete my pre-check inspection and photos because I could not walk around the truck. I had to go to Lowes to but an ice scraper, a small pry bar and a rubber mallet in order to open the back door. This is not like any of my previous experiences with Uhaul.

Todd WWhen you return equipment they said to just drop it off, luckily the person who came by told me where he would prefer it, I got a call days later to see when I was dropping it off, it was dropped off Friday 8/4 about 4 pm and no one closed out my transaction

greg pTried to check in after hours but the signage was not good and we struggled to figure out what we needed to do. Hours they are open are limited as well. The truck was great but the experts the end of the move was disappointing.

Scott NThe phone mailbox was full and no one was at the site to receive the vehicle during the posted location hours. And the location to drop the vehicle and the business office are two different places, which was not identified at the time of pickup.
Brad SNo dolly was on the truck. I had to leave behind my washer and dryer because i had no way to move it! The storage unit was not big enough i sat outside talking to customer service for 2 hours getting transferred absolutely horrible!

JOEL VNo good place to park truck. Had to park truck up against building, but this was not a standard parking place.
James DI requested a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. I was charged for a dolly. I also only drove 15 miles and they charged me for 72. I argued through the app that my bill was not right. They said I'd get a call within 48 hours. I have not gotten a call and they charged my card.
Dorothy TWe left the vehicle at the location designated that was not next to the office. We were charged for not having a full tank of gas. It was left similar to where it was when we picked up the vehicle in Menomonie. We should have told the clerk at the reurn site about the gas since he had to go down the road from the office to inspect the retuned vehicle snd said that he would do it within an hour.
Bret RAbsolutely horrible. The truck was not clean and sanitized. Especially with Covid it should have been cleaned. The equipment I needed was not in the truck. The truck sat in my driveway all night because we couldnt move anything without it. There was used furniture blankets laying in the back that I didnt even order. I had to use the truck to pick up the furniture dolly and the appliance dolly at west depere location the next morning because we couldnt move everything without it because I have a bad back. And we had alot of furniture to move and heavy large boxes. I made 4 trips with this truck. The charges are ridiculous and I want a full refund. I was late moving out.

Steven KThis location does not have parking for big trucks they need to have better parking when dropping off.
Kevin MAddress was incorrect, could not find a staff person, did not receive instructions about key box had to call uhaul staff for assistance. I specifically requested Depere pick up site because staff available and a safe area then got switched to Bellevue. The storage unit pick up is not safe for single women!
Candi CPick up time 08:00, truck was still not available at 09:00, transferred to new pick-up location, did not open until 10:00, paperwork retrieved, however U-haul credit system crashed, so I had to return home for a checkbook to come back to give them a check. My 08:00 pickup time turned into over a three hour delay. Staff members were not at fault and were very helpful, but the experience was awful.

lisa fI did order online for trailer 6x12 on sat Jan 20 2018. I went there to pick up at 9:15, and then I waited for 30 minutes for paper work, and then no body help Me to push the trailer on my hitch. The lady work there she not like professional.
Steven NHire a more personable counter person at the GreenBay location. Insurance was not requested by me but he put it on my bill w/o asking me.
RICHARD NThey had someone check me in who was new on the job. He couldn't close out my file or print me out a final receipt. He indicated the owner just left him on his own. Good for the owner - sucks for the customers!!

BEN BI asked to be able to pick up a truck closer to my home. As it is, I had to put on 21 miles just to get it from the pick up location to my home, which in the end cost me for some added mileage. It was only 10 miles, but that's not the point. I believe the mileage should start from where you load the truck, and from there, to your destination. The cab of the truck was not clean, full of potato chips and a few wrappers.

Erin BI received no help from the facility in attaching the trailer to my vehicle. The guy just stood outside the office smoking his cigerrette. I finally got the hitch on the ball of my car, but never figured out how to tighten it up till I got home. I was amazed at the poor service!
James CImprove the process of taking an online rental reservation and getting it properly sent to a location. During each of the last two rentals (within last 2 months), each time I show up at the location to pick-up the equipment, they have errors/incorrect information from the online reservation in their system. Then the associate behind the counter has to re-enter/correct the reservation. It seems like the online rental reservation system if flawed and I will not use it in the future. Also, it was discouraging with the latest rental, the person behind the counter told me to drop it off where I picked it up, even though they were closed on Sunday. Then later the same day I picked up the equipment, someone called me to tell me that I needed to make an appointment to drop off because the location was closed. The woman on the phone was rude and insinuated that I caused this confusion because of something I selected when making the reservation. I can assure you I did not make any such request, so it must also have been an issue with the online reservation system. Long story short, the uhaul reservation process is flawed and frustrating. The folks at the pick-up locations have been very easy and nice to work with. I wish the uhaul company/organization quality of service, online systems and customer service would match the quality of those running their pick-up locations. Joseph FYou charge my credit card for fuel and I put 7 gallons in the tank and there was 3/4 tank full. I started with 5/8 tank full. I will not recommend this location to anybody else.

JEREMY BDidn't interact with staff in person, but over the phone an employee gave me instructions on how to drop off the keys since they would be closed for the day by the time we got there. Very convenient.
AARON WThis comment is not about the pick up location (where employee was nice and was helpful) - but about the reservation process. The reservation process is poor. Renters need to know that 1) there is no guarantee that your preferred site is where you will pick up trailer. You are notified only 24 hours prior to pick up date as to where your trailer will be and it could be inconvenient location (ie far). And if you order supplies (boxes, etc) you may have to pick those up from a different location from the equipment. Many sites pick up/drop off sites are not full scale uHaul rental places - our pick up place was a storage rental and drop off was a gas station - so don't expect a lot, instruction, etc. Fortunately my husband was knowledgeable and has towed before. We ended up with a larger trailer because that's the only one available (did not get charged extra). The room in the larger trailer was nice but trailer was more difficult to tow because it was wider.
