The staff were really trying to maintain COVID safe conditions though their other customers where "anti-maskers" and harassing them very badly.
The trailer door didn't open and shut properly, the trailer was really beat up.

I understand that August is a busy moving month. I also realize that the Coronavirus pandemic has damaged businesses ability to function normally. Maybe that's why I had such a frustrating experience with picking up a truck.

Answer phone on a local basis. I called to talk to the rep at the Booth St. Storage; I could only talk to a U-Haul rep. at the reservation desk. not good! My questions could not be answered. I was told the wrong fuel mileage by a lot!
I use Booth St frequently, and they are always friendly and professional. I bc refer all my clients to them.
It wasnt obvious where to park and where the entrance was.
Big gripe, most of it my fault as I should have measured the trailer prior to renting. The trailer is advertised as 5' x 9'. This is not accurate as the inside of the trailer is 4'9". This is significant due to the item I was trying to move, it was 4'11" x 8'. These 2 inches wasted the 460 mile round trip I took to pick up the item. I not blame U-Haul, but documentation on the trailer on the site that noted the internal measurements will aid in future misunderstandings.

I was told to have gas back at 3/4 tank because that's where it was. When I went out and started the truck it registered an 1/8 lower than I was to return it. $20 difference!
