Floor of the cab was muddy, almonds under the seat, coffee cup under the seat. Back of the truck not swept fully. I left it A LOT better than I found it.Mark S.

Same comments as the pick up location. One UHaul issue was the cabin leaked. When I opened the back to load, the upfront deck was wet and one packing blanket was soaked. We dried everything before loading. Overnight it rained. When we unpacked the vehicle our boxes on the shelf were wet, not terrible but wet and soggy. The mattress on the same side was damp. There is a leak somewhere.Bob T.
I requested a pickup at a different location and the truck was not there. I was never notified that my pickup location was changed. I will not use another location that isn't dedicated U-HAUL store. Very disappointed with the lack of Assistance I got. Thankful my experience with U-HAUL equipment and standards didn't disappoint.Diane A.
there was no indication that i had to use my phone to check out (the location was closed). after 20 minutes on hold, i finally got a person who clued me in as how to proceed. i got an error in the app during the checkout process and was unable to resume the check out. i had the keys by that point so i just used the truck. i also got an error during the check in process and was unable to resume. i was, however, able to restart the check in and got it to work. both errors occurred when i was attempting to upload photos.Kristopher T.

I didn't mind picking it up from this location, but this was not the location I chose and it wasn't the most convenient for me. Uhaul just changed it a few days prior to my pickup. My truck was the only truck there. The man was very nice and friendly...it is a very small autos hop.Katherine K.
