Actual have the UHaul size storage unit reserved online available when customer shows up to finalize purchase and unload 4bedroom house, with two car garage. It was extremely frustrating to not have what you need and reserved but given two storage spaces not equal to what reserved. To be told the online UHaul system will allow you to reserve a storage space although unit is not available is unreliable and misleading. Customers rely on the UHaul online system for accuracy based on the need to store their belongings. To all a customer to reserve a unit that do not actually exist false advertisment and causes a hardship for me as a costumer who made plane based off of the reserved unit space. I am disappointed. I had to pay for 6 - hour $397 in movers because the could not imagine my 4bedroom fitting in the two tiny storage unite. Also have a third unit the mover spent three hour packing to capacity but could no get the rest of my stuff in the tiny storage. I had to reserve the truck for a second day $70, pay for two day labors to stuff my life in to those to tiny storage space at the rate of $180. Again, I am disappointed, and also wish to be compensated for wasted time, not having reserved storages causing me to have to spend three extra hours the day of my move, extended to a total second day truck rental, and labor. There was a system glitch on the website so that It couldn't compelete the auto locate my location. When I return the truck it was afterhours and I couldn't complete my return process and got no idea what was going on. I think the drop off key area could be mich more intuitive. I was so confused between where to receive the key and where to drop it off. And Im gonna call customer service since I drove ~50 miles. While my estimated mile was about 60 mile. I was charged $79 that night and tomorrow I was charge $17 more with no reason? At least you could send an email to inform me what's going on. Bad serviceNHAT H.

I was called the morning of needing the truck by the company and was told that the truck I needed they no longer had. It was a great inconvenience because we were moving the next morning. Luckily in the end I did get a truck, but it took a lot to work to get one. I don't think it should've been that difficult to rent a truck. Also the online program to upload pictures before taking the truck off site did not work. I did let staff know and I took time stamped pictures before leaving the premises. I will not be renting from here again.LINDSY W.
