This was the 3rd location that we were sent to because the first two locations told us we couldn't drop the trailer at their location so we were already a bit frustrated with the return process. This place was not open the day we dropped off but it was generally a bit sketch and could use some TLC. We got the trailer dropped off, used the app which worked well, and got out of there.

Drop off instructions weren’t clear, assumed someone would be around to check the equipment in. Was cleared up after a phone call and had to download an app to check in. Prefer that this requirement was communicated in advance.

Alfonso CThis location was closed when I arrived at 12:30 pm to drop off my rental. I ended up having to call the number on my paperwork and the person was very unhelpful. Just said to drop the trailer by the others. Would NEVER use this location ever again.
ROGER GThe incorrect trailer was initially loaded to into my vehicle. I detected the wrong tag number during my inspection, then the technician changed it. He also told me that I could return the trailer to that location, or drop it off at any location for a $20 fee. A $20 was acceptable given the distances I traveled. A $120 charge is unacceptable to incorrectly tell a customer.
