Parking area was small, could not get adequate pic for return. No drop box, as return instructions indicated, had to go inside. Personnel were helpful but seemed confused with why I was there.

The location where I got the U-Haul the gentleman at the front counter was not that helpful it was a stressful process I had to go through to get a truck to rent.
FRANCIS CI was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I originally booked at the UHaul of Deptford and my reservation was changed to MyWay Deli and Grill. I was avoiding renting from non-UHaul locations from past experience, and this by far was the worst yet. The equipment was left with less than 14 miles of gas (making it very difficult to view the Odometer for check-in), the employee working the counter did not seem to know what they were doing (I confirmed I checked in via mobile and just needed the keys. It took another 10 minutes for him to figure this out and give me the keys). The truck itself had many dashboard indicators issues (check engine, airbag, etc). Lastly, the cab interior was FILTHY. There was leftover trash, a smell best described as cat urine, and a used condom. I 100% will not be going to My Way again and will be following up with customer service over the issues with this reservation.

JOSEPH HI was supposed to get the $12.00 foldable dolly, I never got the correct dolly that I paid for, first they brought out a small one, then after some communication issues and about 10 minutes time they brought me an appliance dolly which was still not correct, I got tired of doing this back and forth so I just took the appliance dolly, however, this did not work for our needs so that was money wasted.
