It was just a bummer that the dolly was not in there but the car it self was good and did its job.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI rented the truck from a different location, but got an email the night before changing the pick up location to this “store”. The place wasn’t opened at 7:00 for me to pick it up, called the original location and this rude kid told me they try to give this place business, I don’t care about that, at all, that’s their issue, I expect to pick up from the location that I reserved from. Back to this “store”, I had to use the app to check out myself, the app is basically worthless, took about 45 minutes to get done, most of that was uploading my ID, that feature is garbage. So after the phone call with the kid at original location, dealing with the app, I pull away over an hour later, so I lost an hour to start. The return process was awkward as hell, just handed the keys to a guy that said his boss would take care of it later. I had to make sure he knew the time I was returning it so he could tell his boss, who never completed the check-in process. U-Haul called me the next day asking if I returned the truck. So no, I do not recommend this location to anyone, and possibly rethink U-Haul all together.
