U haul was good itself except Ihad a very awful experience with the helping company,they left more than half of my stuffs in the truck and wanted to leave,I even offered them more pay to finish the job but they started yelling in the complex,all neighbors were out,I was so embarrassed,finally they left and I had to go back hire another 2 helpers to finish the job,it was very bad experience and I am not going to recommend that co to no body

Returning the vehicle took forever. The computer system seemed to be unbelievably slow; how it took 15 or 20 minutes to check mileage and gas tank fill level is beyond me. Also, since you charge so heavily if the vehicle is returned with gas tank level below the issued level, why on earth do you not reimburse customers who bring back more gas than issued, as is the case with me? Either issue vehicles with full tanks, or reimburse. Anything else seems like a ripoff pure and simple.

Unfriendly customer service. The guy at the desk told us, lied to us, saying we can't return the truck and have to bring it back the next day. I told him I have no where to keep it overnight but he really didn't care. However, it wasn't my first time renting from U-haul and I knew that I can return it and drop the keys in the designated area. I called to U-Haul customer service and talked to a lady who said I can return it at soon as I finish and if there is a space in the lot there would be no problem. So, I returned the truck around 9pm with no problem and dropped the keys in the designated area.

Mr. Jonathan Lopez is one of the best managers i have ever dealt with. He is a man of integrity making sure he pro active in implementing policy changes to his employees. He is also receptive to customers' suggestions on how to improve his teams, customer service and rapport. This ensures a returning customer like myself. I have been going to this Brand branch since 2012.

We were given the wrong equipment, but charged more. Upon arriving to our moving location, we noticed that the wrong dolly was put into the back of the truck. This made my more more difficult. When we returned the truck, the other worker noticed that and was very apologetic. He reversed the charge and we appreciated that!

The Pick Up was fine. The guys were very nice and professional. The Van was fine. The Return was horrible. The line was so long it was blocking traffic along Los Feliz Ave, and parked cars were blocked in and couldn't get out. It is a management problem not an employee problem. There aren't nearly enough people to return the cars, and you end up getting charged for another night. When I returned it the next morning it was the same mess.

Cesar Cerros ripped me on gas and charged me extra. I complained to them and they said their manager will give me a call but never did. They even gave me an attitude. WOW!!

I made a reservation over the phone and asked if there was a parking lot for me to park my car, which would decide whether or not I should come to the pick up alone or not. I was told, clear as day, that yes, there was a lot. Obviously, there isn't. So when I got there, I had to try to find parking on the streets, which mostly have 2 or 3 hour parking. After driving around trying to fine something, I decided to drive home and have somebody drop me off. What a waste of time. This could have been avoided if I had been told the truth about parking. Also, when I called to make the reservation, she calculated everything without mentioning the insurance, which should obviously be considered.

There is a need to fix online reservations and orders - I ordered supplies through the website and it was not indicated at the time of pick-up that I had ordered them; people not associated with U-Haul were sitting outside the entrance asking if I needed help moving; poor parking options

Please have more people on staff and at least one person in the office at all times! When I came in today there was NO ONE in the office and I had to wait a helluva long time for someone to help me!!
