Had pre checked in for the truck online and even got a phone call telling me that it was ready but when I got there we still had to wait 20 minutes because not enough people working then we are able to go outside and spend another 15 minutes waiting for the truck and the dollies

The guys in the office were super friendly and immediately helpful. And on drop-off it was almost 100 degrees outside and they were super cheerful and friendly, despite the heat. Couldn't ask for more. Will use this location once a month for my work. Thank you Glendale Uhaul!!!

Your customer service was reasonably good. On an occasion when a customer returns the truck late, if there is no place to park in the returning area, let them park in the regular parking lot of U-haul and drop of the key in the designated place.

I love U-Haul of Glendale because your customer service is always excellent and have used you for years and years. Having said that, even though the truck ran perfectly, it had bird crap all over it, mostly on the front window...which was kind of a drag...right? I just didn't have the time or desire to clean it...plus, I don't think I should have had to, do you? Still, I will always be your customer.

Not happy with the service. It took long time waiting even i checked online and there was no availability of vehicle I booked. As per website if the booked vehicle is not available it was promised the customer get 50 dollars credit. They said manager will call me but no one called as of now.

Why the hell am I getting two different charges for one U-Haul? I should not be getting charged $230 of U-Haul when I only used 1 car/1 day. I need this extra charge resolved as soon as possible.

I reserved for self service pick up and the vehicle was not there. I waited a half hour for an employee to come back. He charged me for the dolly then did not provide it, I only realized after I got where I was going that I couldn’t do the move. And he didn’t move a large truck out of the way to let me out and I spent ten minutes angling out of a tight spot, he already left.

Customer service representative was rude and provided false information, that differed from information provided by two other representatives. Process to change after-hours drop-off location (due to no available parking spaces at our original location) was difficult and lengthy, and it required the male of our party speaking with the manager on duty.

The computer was malfunctioning and it took 45 minutes from the time I arrived to when I left. I was supposed to pick up my truck at my preferred location at the Atwater uhaul and I never received a notice that My pickup had been moved to Glendale. So I had to spend money on two cans to get me to where I needed to be. The employees were friendly but this was the second time my pick up location had been changed without notification. I’m very unhappy with my uhaul experience.

This place stays busy! I’ve used it at least 5 times. The only thing is sometimes it takes forrreeever to wait in line, and I’m doing all I can on the website. Not sure if there’s a way to speed that up but it doesn’t feel much faster by reserving and signing online. Maybe figure out a way to expedite the savvy U-Haul user? Also, HATE that after hours drop off is no longer an option. They explained a little as to why, but wow I loved that option. Thanks

I was charged for fuel 9.50$. And I returned it with the same level. I picked up the truck on Sunday 3.18 and the gentleman outside that checked everything with me. Noticed the gas was below the 3/4 mark it was at 5/8. And he initialed the paperwork and when I returned it I did it with the Mobil app. And later that day I was charged. I have been calling since Monday and finaly got my call picked up today. I spoke with customer service which told me to do it online. And also I was told I couldn't return after hours. I was stressed because I needed to be at work at 7am. So the agents need to know that return is possible. The phamplet says so, 24/7 return available. And they didn't explain the location of return and were I could find the key drop near the door. I had to figure it out myself. Well hope you can help With my refund. I also put more gas that morning and I have the receipt as proof. Thanks. Mario arana
