Used the express check-in on the mobile device since the line was long and the counter looked under-staffed. The mobile process took about as long as the line twice over, was very difficult and didn't load properly. The price I was quoted online changed during pickup (went from $50 to $60) and then when I returned the equipment, despite estimating more mileage and using less, there was another $1 tacked on. The young man who helped me return the equipment was the most helpful person I dealt with, but even his mobile app wasn't working well and it took more time than it should have.



Truck was very dirty on the outside, looked like no wash for months, could not see out windows and window washer did not work well

Very old rambling car, very displeased! The money I was charged did not accurately reflect the quality of service.



Either understaffed or disorganized. The truck I used was given to me dirty. Wait time for all processing very long with one guy handling all the paperwork for rentals, returns and miscellaneous sales. My receipt took several days to hit my email. Don't know if it is yr server or Los Feliz. Your eval instrument does not give you feedback you can use as it is structured. Only thing to recommend is staff is nice and helpful, & one is likely to get a truck without reservation.

My reservation was not properly created, lpng story short due to this i needed the uhaul for another day. I was told i was not going to be charged the gas, and was supplied a credit. However i was still charged for the gas, i tried calling uhaul customer service 3 times, every single time i was hung up on. I am not paying any gas, as i was told by a fleet manager i was to not be charged, please fix this.

THe location for where i was to pick up my truck was changed without notifying me so I went to the wrong location and had to uber to where me truck was reserved. Both the day before and by E-Mail I was told the location I had requested then it was changed with no notice

The person helping me to disconnect from the trailer and check in my truck did not check anything in the truck cabin, including the fuel amount. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do and he said, "No, you're good to go." Then they charged me over $60 for gas. I would like to speak with a manager.

The truck should have at least 1/4 gas on it before renting it. I had ro go the the gas station first before they could attach the row dolly because the truck was almost empty in gas.

Not enough employees to help customers. Didn't matter that I had a reservation, still had to wait 30 minutes. Entranced blocked with u-haul trucks when trying to return my truck. No one seemed to want to help me upon return.

More employee's to work at this location. You show up early to get your vehicle that you rented two days in advanced and it takes them 20 minutes later to recieve the vehicle. Also, returning the vehicle was a nightmare. I dropped off at one hour ealier to my returned time that was scheduled and five hours passed that they had not received the truck. Which was parked where they had told me to parked the truck. So disappointed at this place.

After ordering a 15' truck it was recommended that we do the 'Express Check-in' online to help speed up the pick up process, however, when we got the pick up location the line was unusually long and the wait time in line was unbearable. Most of the customer waiting had already done the online Express Check-in as was suggested but everyone still had to wait in line for a long time. It was on Sunday when the rental place should be busy but that was only 1 staff working the counter, however there were 3 computers which means that U-Haul could have place another staff member to work at the pick up counter to help expedite n assist the long line of customer waiting but it didn't happen. Everyone was stuck in line waiting for unusually long time. That's the reason why I gave this location a rating below average, this means that U-Haul must do something to improve their customer service if they want to keep their customers.

The wait to pick up was vey long. They were short staffed for a busy Sunday. We checked in on line to avoid the lines but that was useless. We were asked to stand in line with all the other customers. The staff was friendly which is why I would return.

I was supposed to pick up a 15ft truck in Burbank, then they told me I had to go to N Hollywood , then they told me I had to go to Canyon Country, I ended up picking a smaller truck than I ordered in Glendale . Half my furniture is still at my old address due to this.

There were not enough employees helping the number of customers waiting. I waited in line over 20 minutes just to buy boxes before getting the keys to the rental. A Sunday, two days before the end of a month, must be a very busy day for uHaul, yet your large location was understaffed. Also the van smelled like cigarettes, so there should be stricter non-smoking policy.
