The lady checking us in and out should not be representing uhaul, she was VERY unprofessional and didn't have a clue what she was doing. Will not return to this uhaul location again.

The woman forgot to the put the dolly we ordered (and paid extra for) into the truck we rented. This resulted in me having to take almost an hour away (25 min drive each way) from our moving schedule. We had everything coordinated and paid for additional services (hired movers, childcare) but lost an hour of my time in order to pick up the dolly she forgot to put in the truck. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was quite the inconvenience and had financial ramifications. She should have at the least removed the dolly from our bill, but wouldn’t. Very poor customer service.

UHaul, not the local guy, tried to automatically charge me for 2 days instead of 1day. Another customer was dealing with the same problem. The local guy was able to resolve my situation but not the other customer’s. Very scary to think you are running some scam.

I reserved a 10-ft. truck and then one wasn't available when I came to pick it up. I had to settle for a 15-ft. truck which cost considerably more in ferry charges (2 trips).

This location does not have wifi, check in took about 40 minutes, the customer service was not the best, and there was not a lot of clarity. This place was not up to the standards of the last uhaul facility I rented from. The lady seemed like we were bothering her by being there.

Your link to directions on Uhaul site takes you to a neighborhood and wrong location. This made us late picking up our truck. The clerk there was very friendly.

Location was disorganized and had multiple issues with getting a unit checked out. Took an hour to get out of the office and took another 30mins to drop it off because of how horrible their organization is. Could benefit from a visit from corporate.

The biggest problem we had with this place was that Google Maps had them in a totally different location than they actually were. We called and got the real directions and found the place. Had I known where it was I probably would not have rented from here because it was so far out of our way. That being said the service was great the the equipment was in perfect condition and the staff was helpful.

I have rented from U-Haul many times over the years and always had a good experience until now. This last rental was frustrating at best, took almost an hour to get the travel trailer due to the main employee being out during business hours on a personal errand, then took someone else behind me in line 1st when she got back. After finally getting my rental started, she clicked the wrong key 15 minutes into it and had to start all over. By the time I finally got the trailer it was too late to be able to use it to tow a car from the repair shop because no other employees were there to help push the car onto the trailer. I brought the trailer right back within 40 minutes and requested a refund and was told had to contact U-Haul Corporate to get that. After trying several times to get an update from Corporate was told my case was closed because the story from the U-Haul dealer was different than mine. Really? They never called me to confirm my information and took the dealer's word. It's not about the money but rather the Principal of doing the right thing for a loyal customer. U-Haul you need to do a better job of taking care of your Client's like me.

Web links would not open to conduct PMCS and assess previous damage, emailed receipt was not compatible for printing on HP computer, dolly was not available at time of vehicle sign out.

Drive through feed did an excellent job. Uhaul, however, is a mess. I've used Uhaul products, many times ove r the years, but I will avoid using them in the future. I Can't believe what a mess, the dispatch team made of my rental. It seems, they continually went out of their way, to make my reservation as difficult as possible.

Long trip for us to pick up a new Uhaul after 1 of the 2 broke down only 2 miles from Uhaul dealer. However, the Gig Harbor people were awesome to deal with.
