I dropped the truck off on a Friday after closing .They waited until Tuesday to call to tell me the key was locked inside the truck. If they had called that Saturday I was in town I have AAA .I paid for insurance yet I had to pay a locksmith $85.00 to unlock the truck

There was no phone call to confirm the reservation. The website said we could pick up at 8am. Business did not open until 9. The website indicated that the interior of the 15' truck was : 15' x 7'8" x 7'2" (LxWxH), this is inaccurate as the 15' length is only on the top portion of the truck. No good when hauling 12' goods.

The address above was not the address on my reservation, which I had purposefully chosen. When I arrived at the location on my reservation, they had no truck for me and no record of my reservation, even though their address was clearly on the reservation I had printed out and taken with me. They made a phone call and found where my truck was located, requiring and inconveniencing me and the person who had given me a ride to pick up the truck. This is obviously not the first occasion for this, since the original location knew who to call to solve the mystery of where my truck was located, which was not at all where it should have been. This should not happen once, let alone more than once. Poor coordination on the company's reservation part.

I was very disappointed with the proximity off both pick up locations. In total they combine for over 50 miles round trip. This was particularly for the drop off & driving 30 miles round trip when there is a uhaul location less than 3 mikes away.

Our original drop off location was supposed to be in near our storage unit, but because their lot was full, the location was switched to a a place that was almost halfway back to where we moved from. I called and was able to have the drop off location switched to a somewhat closer location, but we still ended up going over our mileage a little because we had to drive further than anticipated. If we had to go to the drop off location that we first were switched to, the mileage overage would have been even more. A little frustrated by this, but appreciative that customer service was able to switch the location so we didn't end up with a higher overage charge.

There were holes in the floor of the trailer and all of our belongings got wet. For the return trip we duct taped plastic over the floor and halfway up the walls. There is an issue regarding UHaul customer service 800# which is pending.

I have been waiting for someone to call me about problems with my first attempted pickup. I am very angry and upset that I am being ignored. Call me at 434.546.3343. I was told repeatedly someone will get back to you.

Even though I dropped by in person they couldn't pull up the rez details prior to pick up more than 48 hours. Given the flooding situation in SC I was very concerned about actually picking up the trailer and would have been happy to have paid on the spot to know it would be available. The only option was to move the rental up by a day which changed my schedule. It would be nice not to have done that.

I rented a car dolly and one of the straps that straps the vehicle to the dolly had been cut so I had to let air out of my tire in order for it to go around the Tire
