SCOTT TDo not rent a U-haul from a store while it is not opened. If u-haul it self is having issue with their website then you have to call the help line and you have to trouble shoot the app/ website in order to get your u-haul. The website and app were not working for me and i had to call u-haul and have them manually dispatch me the truck in which took over an hour. After finally manually dispatching me the truck, I requested an appliance dolly which was not provided even though the gentleman I spoke with the day before confirmed it would be. The lady on the phone trouble shooting the website was nice enough, but asking me to move to a different area for “better service” or asking me if i wanted to go to a different location was ridiculous as I was already at that location and 45 min late getting the truck as is. U-haul added the “safe move fee” onto my total that I did nit ask for. I have called and filed a complaint and should be getting a call soon so hopefully this can me made right as I had to pay for movers by the hour and missed out an hour dude to u-haul.
