Pick up location was great. Having my reservation canceled, and then a new one made at a completely different time and location by corporate uhaul will keep me from ever using uhaul again.

Stephanie MI put a deposit down and turned my truck in with extra gas and on time then got charged my deposit all but $20 saying I rented for an extra day and it’s December so me and my kids are going to be hurting that was gas to get back and forth to work guess who can’t and will be fired . This mom so no thanks to U-Haul . I would not recommend using anything they have online. It wouldn’t let me return my truck online so I had to have the U-Haul people help over the phone and well you see how they helped me. I know it has GPS they have to see I dropped it off. I’m so disgusted because I called and they said that I needed to call another place. Do better U-Haul
ANTONIA FApp sucks I had trouble getting truck at first. And when I finally got it it was on empty. I Had to immediately go to a gas station. They said they would give me credit for the inconvenience but then I had to fight to get it. Go to counter don't use app.
