No one there to speak with and the “interactive self help” system did t work. I had to call U-Haul direct to make sure my return was noted and acknowledged

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUhaul cares not for the customer. Uhaul is a corporation that cares about the dollar. My experience is proof of my statement.
Kirk AToo much for this text box.
mary kThe beauty of this transaction was the convenience and condition of the vehicle. The location was exactly where it was booked. No frills, no fuss. One hiccup was getting information primarily photos on the app when we arrived. If the process could be streamlined, that would help. The truck was ready and equipped with 3/4 tank of gas. Moe is wonderful. She made sure all the working parts were in order. UHaul was a wonderful experience. Picking up the truck was located where my storage facility is located. Easy Peasy!
Barbara ESpray some silicone on that lockbox lock and clean the old papers out of it. Tristan from Ft. Myers was terrific.
