Hire more staff. I made my reservation online and checked in ahead, which according to U-Haul "Would cut my wait time in half" yet I was there for over an hr to pick up a trailer I had rented.

Have more staff. I had a reservation and i still stood in line for over 20 minutes. The return was more than 15. There was 1 person working the desk and running out to the yard as well. Dont know what the others were doing.



Clean the vehicles inside and out. Have enough employees working so I does not take an hour to get to your turn.

It was s very busy day at U-Haul but I recieved fast & efficient service. The customer in front of me couldn't get the trailer he needed at this location and this u-haul location took the time time to find the nearest location that he could rent it at reserved it for him and since he was not familiar with how to get to the Sanger location she made him a map on how to get there. She also gave me the same high quality service. It was a very fast checking in and the return of the rental was even quicker( I was met at the front of the store and everything was taken care of in less than 2 minutes. Best experience I have ever had with renting a vehicle. Also, my rental fee ended up considerably less than the quote.

My U-Haul experience was not what I would call smooth, quick, nor professional. As requested by U-Haul, I went online and did the pre-check in to make rental-day check in faster. On arrival at the front desk to check in, the agent could not get the credit card machine to work and after a 20 minute delay, the senior agent suggested that he manually enter the credit card information; he did not fully understand how to perform this task. He finally got the computer system to accept my credit card information, only to discover that the pre-check in information didn't fully populate the final check in and I was further delayed getting the extra moving equipment into the system. I was the first person in line, and because of the system malfunction I was now 3rd in-line waiting for the "lone" yard man to find my truck. It took 45 minutes from the time I arrived at the front desk to finally be in the seat of a very "tired" and worn delivery truck. I have couple of suggestions for this well known national rental company: 1. Getting money from the customer is how you stay in business; train the agents how to get this done "even" when the card reader won't work. 2. On any given Saturday, which I'm guessing is one of your busiest days of the week, have more than 1 yard person available to assist customers who have already paid you their money to rent your equipment; they have a busy day ahead of them and they need to get on the road. Overall, I got the equipment I needed, and made my local move and returned the equipment on time to avoid any penalties. My satisfaction level would be a 5 out of a possible 10 and your competitors are looking better all the time. I'll quote them next time before I go with the national known brand of U-Haul. Being professional is more than a "slick" ad campaign; you have to perform. Unfortunately, on my visit, it was anything but professional and I am not likely to return for a second helping of what I was served. Your staff we're personable and apologetic, but apologies don't get the equipment on the road.

Literally have never had any problems at this location. Every time I went there, it was quick and efficient and done respectfully.



Improve the check out items when they arrived overnight the next business day enstead of 2 days later and charge customers for their unprofesionalism!.. Happened to me twice already,charge me for the equipment that i didnt have anymore.

Not happy that I was charged for insurance. I was not asked and would have declined, as with all previous rentals w uhaul. I am covered by my auto policy. I am not happy with this.

Called the after hours number and was told by customer service this location was not a 24 hr drop off, when I dropped off the trailer was informed that they are a 24 hr drop. Was not happy with after hours call person at all.

Understaffed, long wait and what staff there was worked without a sense of urgency with a long line of annoyed people. I waited an unacceptable amount of time and when it was finally my turn in line the cashier said "one moment" and helped another customer who skipped the line. This took much more than a moment. The employee offered no apology or explanation.

The desk clerk was the worst. He was yawning, not interested, not alert, impatient, not wanting to be there. This was the only reason I rated only average. Everyone else, including personnel receiving truck at the end, were great!



Service was very slow. They need more employees on duty. I was annoyed that we were charged for the folly although we did not use it.

It because the worders are truly so slow go get it processing.... last year I dropped off the trailer there and they are still the slowest workers ever! Then today I decided give it a other tries and still the same slowest service there! Tip suggestions they need upgrade high speed Internet on their computer and they need improvement insensitive time manner when they see other customers in line and waiting for their turn so long.... hope they improvement their service asap thanks

Sat. May 13 the u-haul computers were down! All rentals had to be entered manually. Serg and other employees worked double hard to take care of business. The process took longer but the all the employees had a good attitude.

they could be better organized. computers went down earlier in the day and they two guys on computers seemed like the newest two, took forever.. i went in at 11am and reserved a trailer. came back at 12:45pm with my hitch and it took me 45 minutes to pay and get out of there. Sarge, who i believe is the manager finally figured it out by just switching me to anothter terminal after 35 minutes of the other guy doing the same thing over and over. I reserved a hand truck but they did not have any when i got there, so they agreed to give me a appliance dolly for same price but failed to drop the price. i was so late i did not care about the 3 dollar difference to wait longer. Guys on loading/unloading were great... if it was busy i would understand but maybe one line for customers who already have reservations and another for people looking to reserve or get quotes.... have had good experiences here in the past
