More associates. I waited about 40 minuutes trying to rent because she was also helping 3 others customers at the same time and any walk ins. Also the mileage and gas was not filled out correctly and I asked if there was anything I needed to do during the inspection and he said no. As I went to turn it in the drop off location had no control over the check out process and could not correct the mileage and gas so I was charged extra. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM A MANAGER AFTER 2 WEEKS !!!

rented at 8:00 a.m. Saturday Feb 3, returned at 11:30 a.m. same day - they were busy and told my son t leave keys in truck which he did - were to receive email confirmation - did not - got call from a Mr. Anderson saying they were extending rental? Called as truck had been returned. Got no reply. Went to store and confirmed they got truck but did not "check it in" - did so while I was there and issued receipt confirming return of truck. Inconvenient but did not detract from rental experience.

I rented the truck for a day meaning 2995 a day your teller asked me how long do you think you’re going to keep the truck 67 hours I said yeah maybe more maybe less however it takes I had in my mind that I had it for 24 hours regardless of the time that I would bring it back he put down 230 when I want to finish my job I came back and turned turned in the truck at 3:30 and he said that he was going to charge me an extra day I asked him why he said well you said you going to bring it back in six hours I said what is that got to do with the rental when I have it for the whole day just know has nothing to do with that you told me you were bringing back at 2:30 I proceeded to tell him that I rented the truck for the day not for a few hours he said that wasn’t the case since I told him I would bring it back within six hours I told him that’s what you said I said maybe more maybe less however it takes for me to complete my job my idea was it the computer automatically puts down the hours if I pick it up at 8:30 in the morning I have till 830 the next morning to return it he told me that wasn’t the case because he put down an hour at 2:30 I said I never told you to put it at 2:30 and why didn’t he tell me that if I if I put in our down and I passed that I would add that would add another day I would’ve just told him leave it alone I think That is incorrect and that you guys need to do something about this if people rent the truck for a day you do not try to scam him by asking him how long is it gonna take them to do the job whatever time it takes someone to do their job they can bring the truck back within those 24 hours that’s the right and you should not put in our show that they’re stuck paying for another day you need to do something about this I’m not happy

I would recommend the location because of ease of access. The equipment (truck) was not clean, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was a cigarette butt in the cup holder. I had to track someone down so I could return the truck, nobody came out when I pulled up in the equipment return lane. I agreed to the pricing but it's incredibly overpriced (mileage pricing). A clean truck that didn't reek of smoke would have been nice for what I paid.

I would suggest actually having the uhaul that a reservation was made for. First I made a reservation online and got a call to change it, so I did as instructed. The next day I went to pick it up and it was not there. After a long time on the phone and waiting, I was directed to a different location, which I had to spend an hour on the bus to get to. I was told I would receive a $50 Credit for the trouble, but when I asked about it there was confusion and I ended up having to argue for a while before receiving the credit. My moving plans were put back by three hours because of all the unecessary confusion. I will never use uhaul again and I will never reccomend it to anyone unless they are my worst enemy.

Check the light connectors to be sure they work. The truck I rented had a connector that was loose or had a short. Lights functioned intermittently and I was towing after dark. I let the nice lady that checked me in know so as to avoid problems for the next customer. It is an obscure problem and not a reflection on Uhaul.

All the staff were ok, except for supposedly the GM Rob? Need people skills, especially when I was patiently waiting for a good 20-30 minutes just to be greeted. Crystal was by herself upfront & she had to unhook 3 trailers & had a very hard time doing so-but I was patient. I believe she has her boss Rob to assist her & maybe that’s why he had a little chip on his shoulder because he had an attitude!! He asked me if I broke the seal on the moving blankets-I responded No. & he asked me the same question-that’s when my tone adjusted as well , because I have my own moving blankets & once again relied No!! This was my third truck, I rented this week , I don’t appreciate this kind of behavior.

The service reps were friendly and helpful. The paperwork took very little time with necessary information. They hooked up the trailer and checked lighting. The trailer was full of leaves which blew away on the trip. On return, the transaction was at the car by a tab. It was quick. Now I know I can reserve a trailer.

Cointer person was rude told us to wait oitside said someone would be with us momentarily. After a long wait out in the wind and rain i reenter the building and he is helping the cuatomers that were behind me in line when i questiones him about this he said he was the only one there yet again is helping people who arrived long after i did.
