Very little communication between staff members and myself. Had questions when I returned my truck that couldn't be answered by check in guy. Had to go inside and still didn't get a "sure" answer.

I was given just over a 1/4 tank of gas to start out. I was told if they have to fill up tank to original place it would be $4.50 a gallon, but I was NEVER told there would be an additional $30.00 service fee to gas up tank.I called your customer center and they said someone from Fresno would be calling me. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I need the $30.00 service charged reversed, or I will have to have my credit card company dispute transaction.

Understaffed...I went to return truck and the young lady at the counter told me i could leave and they would email it to me. Well I wanted to wait to make sure the charges were correct so it took me about 30 minutes before we were done since there was 1 person at the counter and 1 person outside. Still confused why the manager Sarge was smoking cigarettes inside the shop??? If I did that I would immediately be fired. So unprofessional! I highly dislike cigarette smoke and was disappointed that a corporate company has employees smoking as if they were in their own backyard. As for the employees, they were courteous and dealing with being short staffed which I'm sure is not their fault unless they all do the scheduling themselves.

The line was incredibly long when we got to the location. There was only one person at the register working. Finally after 15 minutes another employee came to help. On Saturday mornings with lots of reservations, perhaps it's a good idea to staff accordingly.

However when we picked the vehicle up there was a long line of people and only one person working. We had a 7am reservation and it took a very long time to get the vehicle. No excuse for that.

The truck I rented was very dirty and it did not run well at all. The engine did not shift good, it was very rough, especially when down shifting. At about 40 miles per hour, the truck would shake, but then stabilize at about 45 miles per hour. The entire time I was driving, I was concerned about the truck breaking down. The truck I was driving either needs to be serviced or retired. It had over 200,000 miles on it.

Ensure that optional items selected by the customer, such as utility dolly, handtruck etc are in the truck. Otherwise smooth and easy rental.

The line to pick up the car was really long and took a really long time to get through. There were only 2 employees working the front desk and 1 person helping retrieve vehicles. It took 45 min from the time we got there to get our vehicle. I'd recommend having more employees on staff on Saturday mornings bc it's a busy time.

Hire more staff! The wait time after the preliminary online registration is a joke. I still spent 35 minutes getting checked out after answering the same questions I answered online. A lady in front of me was so frustrated she stormed out of the building. Not good for business!!

I'm not sure why reviews are bad at Yelp. But these guys are amazing and considerate. I forgot the dolly and they let me return it later without additional charge. And also, you might want to check in before you pick up for faster processing. Thank you so much Uhaul!!

Saturday morning and everyone renting a truck came at the same time so had to wait a few minutes but we had done the express checkin so went fairly fast. The employees were very courteous and friendly so didn't mind the short wait.

1. equipment was dirty, but the rep offered to clean it up. 2. I selected the Blackstone location for my reservation, but the computer deferred me twice to the West Shaw location. The agent was helpful in getting my reservation switched. This did result in a delay though.

I did not have a good experience. I was there for 2 hours. They first hooked up the wrong trailer to my truck. It was a in town trailer and not a one way out of town trailer. They gave me a trailer that both of the rear tires lost air at a good rate. One had a nail, the other had a slow leak. It made my moving trip miserable. I had to stop every 45 minutes to fill the tires with air. My 5 hour drive turned to 10 hours. I bought the insurance but the man that sold me it did not tell me I could have called roadside assistance. The whole experience was terrible. Then the drop off location was even worse. They were rude and disrespectful to my wife. They charged me a late fee for this location's mistake of not checking the tires before giving me a trailer. I do not recommend anyone or anything ever go to uhaul at this location or the drop off location. Thanks
