Had to pick up truck and trailer at 2 separate locations, when the second location had all the equipment we needed available. A lot of valuable time was wasted because of all the extra driving we had to to to get our truck and trailer, we had people coming to help us move who had to leave because we got there too late

You know what's sad? I brought the vehicle with a lot more gas than what it had previously. I agree, that's my bad. I returned the truck 6 hours early. What was my thank you? Sorry sir, you went one mile over and we have to charge your credit card 47 cents. I used to work in the rental industry and I would never do this to a customer. Seriously, You had to charge me 47 cents on my credit card? Are you that hard up for money? Well, that 47 cents lost you a customer for life. I have used UHaul for so many years. Loyalty means nothing. Have the 47 cents and extra gas, peace out. Mike

My only complaint has nothing to do with this location itself, only the U-Haul website. THE U-HAUL WEBSITE IS TERRIBLE. The information the website tells me is often false, and the information it asks me never seems to get sent to the rental locations. I think you need to have your web designers try to use their own website for actual reservations, including picking up and returning the equipment. Big disconnect between your website and the software the locations use. SAD.

They were understaffed and way too busy. They didn't have any time to do a walk around the truck, nor did they give me stickers to place on truck to show prior damage done from other renters. They never went outside to look at truck with me to check any prior damage done prior to leaving the parking lot.

The company and I use U-Haul all the time for our last minute large shipment needs. We are located in Madera and would normally use a location here. Due to no trailers the size we needed being available here, U-Haul call center referred us to this location. The trailer was great, and the two gentlemen who helped link the trailer to the truck were absolutely amazing(hence-raise!) but the gentlemen who helped my husband and I at the counter during check in was unbelievable rude, and very under trained. He didn't know the size of hitch we needed for the trailer which I normally would've let slide had he not been so rude. As this being the first person you see when you arrive, uhaul needs a better of face for this location to represent. Thank you! Please contact me for further information. As there is much to tell.

More sales reps. You know when you are going to be busy, end of the month, beginning of the month, and middle of the month. Have them there ready to go. Outside guys could be a little more friendlier, but its hot i understand. Thank you, Oh maybe lower your gas milage prices.

First of all I had to wait in line for an incredibly long time. Only one person was working. Then I found out that my $19.95 truck would actually cost almost $50.00. Why do you advertise that it will cost $19.95? When I came back to return the truck, I had to stand in the long line again and then found out that I was supposed to check in with someone outside first before coming in to stand in the line. It was an unpleasant experience I'm sorry to say. ??

Make sure trailer lights are in working condition before sending a customer off. Also AC froze after 2 hours of driving. Would resume working after turning off for 30 minutes. Unacceptable in 106 degree weather. Trailer was also rested and damaged, one strap broke off of driver side fender. Was weak from rust
