It was a Sunday pickup, I only saw two U-Haul representatives to assist customers. My vehicle had dirty hood and front window. There was only one person to help with the bit hurried check-out. Looks like they could stand more personal.

The drop of location was changed. Extremely inconvenient. It was clearly indicated at the pick up location that we could not drop off at the location change texted to my phone. The person at the counter assured me the vehicle could be dropped off at the location indicate on the contract. Very bad customer service by phone. Uhaul should not just change drop off destination without customer's agreement after the contract has been issued. This effected our plans causing costly delays for our personal and business appointments. I hope someone will read this and consider the unnecessary inconvenient and hardship and make changes to the way your company deals with customers. Vivika at customer service was very offensive, her behavior was far from symptomatic based on my situation. She did not helpful at all in resolving the issue and when asked to elevate the issue to a higher authority to discuss this issue, she claimed she reports to NO ONE and that there is NO ONE above her to listen to my concern. Dealing with your customer service was an extremely poor experience and only made the matter less pleasing.

The reason why I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone is because after we established it was an issue with my car connection to the u-haul. The sale man recommended me to come back at 12:00 p.m. for the mechanic there to adjust the connection. I don't understand how there was no note taken down or there was no communication of this issue that somehow they still canceled my reservation. What is a point of telling me to come back at 12:00 pm to get it fix and still cancel my reservation? I have to do the entire reservation all over again. At the end I end up wasting more my time.

Nothing. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. If I had gone to the Uhaul on Blackstone I would have been there for over an hour. (Speaking from past experience) Price was good and Customer Service was fantastic

I rented a trailer 6ft by 12 ft. Trailer was very well used and looked as such. Staff was very friendly and was timely with checking in and out. I live one city over from pick up location and i could not return it at a u haul in the city in witch i live, so it made it made it inconvenient as well as cost me more fuel to return it to the location of pick up. I feel i should have been able to return the trailer to any u-hual location because it is more convenient for the customer. Over all the customer service was good and have no complaints in regards to that. As far as return policies as well as upkeep on vessels, it does need some improvement.

Original location on Blackstone where I made the reservation made me stand in line for a half hour and then told me that my reserved trailer was not available and that I would have to come back. Later that day I called them and they told me to just find another trailer at another location. We went to Kings Canyon location in Fresno and they were nice but only had one trailer that the lights did not work on. I agreed to take it and fix the lights myself. other that that the trailer worked fine. The person in "traffic" that I talked to said that she would give me a $50 credit for all the trouble, I still have not received it.

The van was dirty. The windows and mirrors were dirty. It smelled of cigarettes and one half-smoked cigarette was left in the arm of the passenger side. I rented a dolly at the location and had to return to the location right after I had picked up the van because they forgot to load the dolly.

It was only one person working. It was 100 + degrees out side and there was more 2 groups waiting. All I was there for was to return a truck. I'm very displeased with the service I received. And they had to tell a random guy out side not to make any transactions out front. Lord knows what the transaction was for. I want my money back

They were friendly, professional and very willing to do whatever was needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service!

I made a reservation for a trailer at the closest Uhaul location by me. I received a text to call for confirmation. I called and left a voice mail. No one returned my call so I assumed everything is fine. A few days later, I show up to the Uhaul location and my trailer isn't there. No location has the trailer I requested. Hours later, I was given a trailer at a further location from me. Of course, i was still charged the original cost despite Uhaul's failure. On top of this, our drop off location was 30 minutes away from where we lived. Our preferred drop off is only 5 minutes away. So this experience was just horrible. Uhaul made the situation a lot more difficult than what it really was. I'm really disappointed with thus experience. It made my moving experience horrible.

Arrived at 1640L and the gent behind the counter did his best. With a reservation it took two hours to get my 26 ft. truck. When I arrived there were 20 people in front of me. When I departed there were 20 behind me and it was close to closing time. Never again!
