I recieved trailer with tire which was deflated. Sad to say, tire had just beenserviced by previous rental.Tire was marked as was deflated. I didnt realize until I arrived at residence. Tire was marked on side by previous serivice dept.

The location was well maintained. The only issue we had was that the original truck was siphoned out of fuel. The agent at the counter was able to get us in another truck and on our way.
Hi, To the employees that make a differance in making The rentals happen efficiently. My best decision recommends get accout set up with all info needed for variety of rental needs .It makes the process like walking up to ATM. Snap shot ID .,1or 2 signatures And swipe from charges good to go .on your way out the door to the rental You reserved. To That and all at U-Haul THANKS FOR ALL U-HAUL...
I arrived at 745 am. Both employess acknowledge I arrived at front door with a hand signal. I waited at front door till 750 while both continued to clean the returning trucks with no cutomers in sight. A second cust arrived with 8 seperate propane tanks. The cutomer who arrived afther me at 750 was helped first. I approched the employee while he assisited the propane cust. He ignored me and continued yunproffessional experience. My truck was coonected without the uhaiul safetylight inspection. I've rented 3 trailers from these empoyess within the last 3 months. I had to take this horrible experience because I needed to pick up my new kicthen cabinets while the apt was set up at 900am.. THis location unprofessional and should take a safety training about how to check the lights , since the keys where not in the ignition. When trailer was returned the emplyee was excellent, proffessional, curtous and I was out in less than 10 minutes
Did not have the vehicle reserved at the location. This made me late for my appointment. Also employee working at desk inside was not masked.
The customer service was awful. The wait time was 45 minutes with only 2 people working with a long line. They had a customer complaining about feces and urine in the truck the trucks are not wiped down not a good look during covid. Trucks are all banged up. Then I had to wait 20 for them to open up my storage cause 1 out of the 2 employed took his break while they had a long line.

Amazing customer service and was very easy to find
The first truck they checked me into would not start and so they put me in another one when i got in it regestered on empty so i had to chance taking it to a gas station to get gas i put 40 in. Upon returning the truck one of the guys checking the truck back in was saying that there was an issue with the gas line or something that wasnt regersting the amount of gas proplerly so chances are i didnt even need to put gas in. The other thing that bothered me is i had to pull the truck out of it parking stall myself they didnt bring it up for me
The trailer I rented had a taillight that was out. Got pulled over by law enforcement but luckily was let off with a warning due to the trailer being a rental. I was assured before leaving that all the lights were working by the staff at this facility.
The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, patient too. With the safety precautions in place for Covid, we had to do some things on our phones and took a second understanding it all, but the man was very nice about it and our fumbling ways lol.
Horrible service especially when you are a senior . And not to tech. Savy. Didn't even load dolly onto truck for me!!!
You can clean the trucks out before people rent them. Not just give them to the next person. The truck we had smells so bad. The cup holders were filthy. I had to clean it when I go home just for peace of mind and spray it with Lysol. As much as I had to pay. It could have been better. ðŸ¤¢

I was double charged over charged on my card my total was 124.00 and you guys charged me 199.00. You were only suppose to bill me for the extra day 29.99
I think better response time on phone calls would be an improvement.
