Really got scammed on the gas charge. I thought the gauge was broken because it read 3/4 and they said it was full. Drove 5 miles and they charged me for 6 gallons. Pretty bogus!

I spend the time to fill out all the necessary information during the on line reservation process, but when I get to the location I have to do it all over again. Why can't my on-line reservation information populate the location monitor? Even the clerk made a similar comment. Would make life easier. Otherwise I rent from U-haul all the time. Love your business model.

Customer service via phone from Tire Wholesalers and 24/7 phone support was excellent. 24/7 website was slow. reservations were cumbersome. Almost went with another rental due to the website and reservation system. The 24/7 concept is desirable, and convenient.

Do not use the mobile pick up unless you're interested in wasting your time in a parking lot for 2 hours after your reserved time.

Fremont is a small town and I know we are lucky to have UHaul available. It would be nice to have a full-service UHaul store. This one is run as part of a busy car service center. It is not clean, but the staff are always really nice and very helpful!

The issues we nit the fault of the location. The wrong truck, needed 4 quarts of oil, the power steering leaked, engine lights on and off during the rental. The people at the location were great. U-Hauls upkeep of their equipment was horrible.

They let someone pay with my checking account with out asking for a driver license or the card to swipe it ! Then they charge for no fault fees they charge for insurance that I did not ask for nor did I need it ! Also they let the person keep the vehicle for 5 day's! They did not try to locate the vehicle. They just kept changing me ! Then on top of all of that they charge for gas when it was filled to a half of tank . And that is what I picked it up on . When I try to call they told me it was my problem not there's. And they over drafted my account. They are the worst company to rent from ! The place was on main street in Fremont Michigan. There are other uhal places around there I recommend you to never go there and get your truck from there ! Then they try to get an extra 172 bucks from me as well . So I hope no one goes to that place to rent a uhal ! Uhal has a bunch of other places around ! Also when address them about letting someone use my checking account card they just kept hanging up on me! They are horrible! I have rented from uhaul plenty of times and I never delt with someone steeling and using my car with out permission. I had nothing to do with them have the rental and they still charge me . The 1800 number when called they was very helpful! But that store that rents uhal out is horrible ! If you don't want your money stolen then don't go to that store

I had it to saturday at 11 am the place i dropped it off took my money. Charged me an extra day when i brought it back the day it was due. Told me i owed 24. But took the 74 that he owed me and only gave me 24 dollars back

I rented a car hauler to haul a f-150 pickup that was 100 miles away and upon trying to load it I found it wouldn't fit. I called u-haul and after the conversation I was told sorry none of our car haulers are long enough and I would have to return it to where I rented it and they would authorize a refund and the district manager would call me. got the refund, manager didn't call. This still cost me 200 miles for nothing and $43.59 in fuel and my lost time.

The person knew the check-in process well and did fine. However it seems like the system required too many steps. For example he had to create a reservation for he can actually rent me the truck. The cab was the only thing not clean.

Could not find the registration, nor did the agent know. Had no help picking up the trailer. Had to move things to access the trailer. Reserved a dolly and it wasn't available. Had to go next door to the rent all.
