I took the dolly thats actually cost $7 but it got billed thats for $10.00. I would ask for the refund of this excessive portion. Regards

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe drop off experience was not one I would recommend. There was no signage (nothing anywhere that said "Dynamic Training Centre" but we eventually found a fenced in area with other uHauls so assumed it was the right place. The app would not work for my husband's android (kept skipping step 2 for no reason, then bringing him back to the beginning), but worked on my iPhone. No instructions provided as to where to leave the moving blankets, and photos were challenging to get in a parking lot as the app does not let you zoom out on the camera (yet the photo required the full side of a vehicle). Then my credit card company declined the charge because it flagged the vendor as suspicious so we had to figure out another method of payment which thankfully worked.
Shelley PSelf service is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Wouldn't recommend or ever use again. The process of renting is longer, & way too many steps. The process is much easier when renting & actually having a real person, with real customer service.
Steph CThis location was hard to find because there was no sign at the entry point to indicate that the U haul place was actually at the specified location. The cab of the truck was clean , but I had to sweep out the 26ft. trailer part before I could start loading.
Donna LPhysical location of the store is way below expectation. Can't be seen from street, hidden in behind a strip mall type building. Was difficult finding front entrance. Great service, poor choice of storefro nt!
