The young man that worked at this location was excellent. I have rented before at the other locations close by this one and was not as satisfied as I was with this young man!!! Do whatever you have to do to keep him.

Tires need to be checked more often. When I got home 2 tires had cracking and cupping. I wrongly assumed they would make it the entire trip. Had one blow out and roadside replaced 2 tires.

The coordination betwen different locations seems to be missing. I had a reservation, I thiought, at your Haslet location, which turned into two reservations at the Golden Triangle location. All the people were very nice, but your web site is very confusing and hard for the layman like myself to understand.
