Truck was not there when I was scheduled to pick up the truck. The previous driver never dropped off the truck and I was never informed of this. I was originally scheduled to get the truck at 20:00 on Friday 21 2023 but did not get the truck until 22:45 or so that same night. I had to go to a different location and spend almost 2 hours on the phone and most of that phone call was me on hold. This situation could have been avoided if I was informed that the truck had not been delivered yet and would not be ready from anyone from the U-Haul Team. Over all it was the worst experience I ever had and caused me more stress then the actual move it self.Emmanuel B.

The persons or people that are managing this location are not helpful to anyone there is no greater or any type of customer service. I dropped off the truck at 12:00 pm in the afternoon with a half tank of gas and clean in the truck cabin and the box. Now I revived my receipt and it says I dropped off the truck at 7:pm and that's a lie cause I have photo proof and time stamped pictures of when I dropped it off. Now this is very unacceptable and really would like this to be taken care of. Abuse no one should be going through that with such a company with high customer service values.VINCE C.
