A little upset that the location changed for pickup the day before and was 18 miles away instead of 3. But they were wonderful at this location and very helpful and apologetic about having to change location last minute.

The Uhaul app was dismall. The pretrip inspection section timed out before all the required pictures were taken and uploaded. If the app is going to do that, Uhaul management needs to consider removing that module and not requesting pretrip inspections by customers.

COLBY KMake sure you have everything that the customer ordered on the truck. This is the second time I have rented from U-Haul and not have the dolly that I already paid for!
Elizabeth BI have used U-Haul before and it was a good experience. This time was awful. My truck was not at the location I rented it from. It was several blocks away parked in the back of a shopping center all by itself and I was not told where it would be. It was seven in the morning. And it was scary to me being by myself, I did not feel safe at all. The business I was to get the key from was closed when I got there and when I returned even though the sign said they would be open. It took about 15 minutes to get the combination lock opened. Also I ordered a furniture mover and it was not in the truck so I had to go buy one! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…WILL NOT BE USING U-HAUL AGAIN!
