The woman that worked at the establishment was slightly helpful but nice. The owner on the other hand was rude and not helpful

Never dropped off because vehicle broke down. Towed away.
David REntering gets annoying when you have to swipe every time to open the doors when moving in and out but I understand the safety of it. Wish there was a better way to go about it. But overall, had a good experience
Judy AI did not like picking up the truck this way. It was a pain. Also with the check in. You go around the truck to take pictures. Then when you lock the door and put the key in the box . It is over. I left a 60 dollar cup in the truck. No way to get it out. Very upset. That cup was special to me. If this is the way I have to pick up another truck. I will rent from someone else. Thanks
Jerry DThe vehicle and the location were just fine. The mobile checkout process was very buggy and resulted in considerably more time taken than going to a location with a standard counter would have taken. I doubt I'd go with the mobile checkout again.
