Tell your customers deadlines for equipment as opposed to just telling you to return tomorrow the equipment and then charging the customer 77 bux for an extra day when the equipment was out for only 45 min over the 24 hour deadline that no one told us about
It has 24 hour drop off, but uhaul should recognize that they have no space to drop off a 26 foot truck and trailer at night. The Best I could do was to partially blocked off the parking lot. From anyone else and struggled to get it out-of-the-way of the gate for people accessing their storage facilities. My other complaint is a incorrect charge on the Bill, but not the fault of this location.
This by far is the best location we have ever used. Great staff, superior customer service makes it make this our favorite U-Haul location.
This facility was great! On the other hand the Uhaul location on Towson Ave is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! The reason I had to go to total self storage was due to the guaranteed reservation for a 26' truck at 9 am (which the Towson location called and told me wouldn't be ready until 10:30) was not available and they didn't have the truck available and that I could have a seat and they would get to me when they could. I then called Uhaul customer service and was on the phone with them for over an hour and they were able to get the regional manager to take me to the storage place that had the truck. Overall it was a horrible experience and I could never leave a good recommendation for the Towson Avenue location.

Not many slots to drop off rigs here. It would be great if there was either more space or an additional lot. Hard to maneuver in tight lot. Well lit though and clean.

These folks are really accommodating...just need more space when dropping off,no turn around we got in and almost didn't get out.we had a truck and tow dolly...
