First, I like to go into a place and rent I don't like having to book everything online. But they were rather incompetent in that department so I had to rent online, while there from my phone. It was about 1:30 and I knew I would not be able to get the vehicle back to them before they closed, so I rented the vehicle for 8 hours figuring that gave me time to return it in the morning. they said nothing about being able to return and check it in online and dropping the key off. I got dinged for a late fee. This is the most stupid set up I have ever seen and they can't do anything about it because they aren't actually a Uhal whatever. The vehicles are better than they were 20 years ago, but Uhaul has problems.Bror M.

The key box and scan location are in different spots. When I checked the truck back in they charged me for a different vehicles mileage and gas. This took a week only when I received an email from UHaul collections did I find out. It took all day to get someone to fix the issue and never received the phone call I asked for to confirm the issue was resolved only a text.JOSEPH C.
Service I requested for mobile, no walk-in contact did not work. Being disabled, having to enter was incredibly painful. Waiting was worse. No compassion. No response given as to why what I paid for, didn't work. 3 seperate charges/holds put on account that take up to 3-5 days to clear. Never again!Karen N.
