The trailer I RESERVED(!!) was not available, and it too them WAY too much time to come up with an "upgrade" to a different trailer. What a joke. And, what is the point of "checking in" if EVERYTHING has to be re-verified at the store.

Chains weren't connected correctly and fell off when we were driving. Top left light was pushed through grommet. Daughter fixed it. Great customer service. Lot was very full due to College students moving into area... despite chaos staff were not frazzled.

The 24 hr drop-off area was full of trailers, barely enough room to drop off my 12 foot trailer and turn around to leave with a 5 point turn. If there wasn't room to turn around after disconnecting it, I would have been stuck there because I wouldn't have been able to back everything out from that point in the parking lot.

As a first time user, they did not told me all of the procedure and i was very lost with everything that was going on. Also, the manager is very rude!!! He made me feel pretty bad and uncomfortable after the mistake i made. Thank god one of the lady employees that was there helped me through all the process and she was very nice.

I've been here before, they do a great job. It was a drop off so I didn't require much help but they did unhook the trailer for me and treated me great.

They run out of customer parking so you have to park in the nearby antique store lot. They're very busy, so usually there's a line. Staff can be a bit frazzled under the stress. I often get upgraded because inventory switches quickly or the messaging between web and reality failed. But overall they're helpful and do what they can to get you rolling.

I used self check out. The web stated "skip the wait in line' but after performing all of the steps on my cell phone the clerk still required me to wait in line. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and is false advertising as well. You should be ashamed!

Fuel - send the vehicles out full. Trying to .retrun to a fixed level becomes a scam on the customer . Either over filling or billing for shortage. Make it simple. Fill them up Price - 99 c / mile is a bit over the top!

Space is very tight, difficult to get in and out on a busy Saturday morning. Need more lot space and check-out counters. No problems with Monday evening return.

I came in with an online reservation and still waited 45 minutes to check in. About 10 people in line ahead of me, about 10 in line behind me when I left. There were 3 registers, but none were designated for those with prearranged reservations. The 3 employees were completely overwhelmed and disorganized. Based on this experience, I would rather drive across town to another location next time I need a Uhaul. It was awful and detrimental to the schedule I needed to keep that day.
