I would just like to say that somewhere in the system there appeared a gliche for my reservation as I got through the process on self pick up beacuase there were no keys in the lockbox. Threfore I was unable to drive away with my truck rental and put me on hold to move. But Staff the following morning went to extremes to accomodate me in all aspects possible and I walked out of there a very satisfied customer!! So I gave a rate of 5 stars plus on their customer service. It is so nice when a customer is treated as such.....all staff employees there deserve some kind of bonus for their hard work and dedication to their customers. Thanks for going above and beyond Uhaul employees!!!

Oh my stars, this uhaul facility is not only friendly and efficient. They also have top notch employees like Sherrie. She kept her cool when I spilled 24 oz of coffee all over her desk. (On purpose) keep up the great work! I will rent all my local trucks from this location.

Don't say you can have the vehicle for 6 hours and then cut the time short on the day of the rental 1.5 hours and then offer no discount of any sort.

I was charged $60 cleaning fee due to a trailer returned with grease. After arguing with the manager that I moved my leather couches and would not have grease with them, he realized he had my trailer confused with someone else. He then removed the $60 fee and added a $24 fee for not folding my blankets. If that was required and communicated I would have. This company has no customer service skills and even after screwing up and wasting my time trying to charge me for someone else's trailer they still charge me for a BS "folding charge". that took them two minutes. I am glad my employees do not treat my customers like this location. I also had 4 days of rentals at Franchises close by the same week and was treated VERY WELL! Do NOT use the corporate store unless you like rude leaders that mistreat clients.

I rented a 26' truck. The truck ran well and drove well as it was newer and only had about 22k miles. The dropoff location was at UHaul of Huntington Hills in Fort Collins, CO. I did not interact with any employees there as it was an after hours dropoff, but the signs made it easy to know where to drop it off, and I utilized the UHaul app to check the vehicle back in. The app seemed to work well for me. It's possible I missed emails ahead of time to set up an account with UHaul and get the app, but I had to do that work as I stood on the UHaul property and it took some time. However, it worked well and I'm happy with the service and how well things went.

We waited outside for quite a while to have someone check us out. Why don't you have a wire under the awning that rings when someone drives over it. Then the staff would have known we were waiting to be checked out. It was a great rental, as usual otherwise.

Didn't look in trailer before pick up. Tried to help hook trailer to truck. Kid snatched chains and pinned my hand to trailer tongue then told me to let go not allowed to touch trailer. Pick up furniture from a friends house and unloaded it 3 hours away. Took trailer back next day. Day early. Got charged a cleaning fee for the dirty trailer that was given to me. First and last experience with uhaul.

You need to change the online reservation confirmation to tell people UP FRONT that the pick-up location may CHANGE and to check their email 24 hours before scheduled pick-up.

Windshield wipers needed replaced. Inside cab was dirty. Wiped it down with disinfecting wipes before driving it.

I returned this vehicle after hours on a Sunday on 28 May 2017. This location charged me $30 for damaged blankets on the reciept that I was emailed the next day (29 May). I know they were not damaged. When I called the Fort Collins located on where I rented (on 29 May) to ask about it, I was quickly transferred to corporate where I explained the situation and reciecved a complaint number, 1406066. I was told it would be reviewed and I would be contacted in three days. I was never contacted. I called the 1800gouhaul number a week later on 5 June 2017, I referenced my claim number and Judy was only able to tell me that a manager had reviewed it and left a comment that the blankets were not folded and there would be no refund. True, I did not fold the blankets, however if I had been told that I needed to, I would have. When I rented the vehicle and blankets I was not told that I would be charged for not folding the blankets. Judy could not do any more than tell me what was on the claim notes. She tried to transfer me to a regional office, and hung up on me. I called back and was given the direct number to the regional office and the name of Amelia Rosalis. I called and the answering machine picked up, I left a message on 5 June. I received a call back on 6 June at 0755 in the morning from Amelia. I work at a place I cannot check my phone, I got the message that afternoon and tried to call Amelia back at 1531, no answer, I left another message. I tried to call again, 7 June, no answer. I am now submitting this review in the hopes someone will listen. Uhaul customer service is terrible!! I have not had a more difficult time at any other company dealing with customer service. It has been non responsive, uninformative and entirely unable to at least explain the decision, or listen to their former customer. I believe that this location simply charged me $30 because I dropped off the vehicle after hours and was not there to dispute anything they found during the morning checkin. It was easy to cheat the customer!! I believe they are untrustworthy, underhanded and intentionally charge for things to simply increase profit. Terrible business practice!! I will never rent at this uhaul location and I will question whether I ever rent at uhaul again. I will surely tell everyone I know how untrustworthy and deceptive this location is and recommended any other alternative. This location is not to be trusted! I would like to talk to someone in a position of authority at uhaul about this location and how they do business and how uhaul customer service works, or doesn't! It's not about the $30, donate it, this is about people lieing and cheating their customers and how the uhaul customer service system allows it. Absolutely terrible!! You have lost this customer and I will tell as many people I can this story in hopes they go somewhere else! Gary Monroe
