I drop the truck off, and was informed I had to pay for cleaning out the truck. When I received the truck it was not clean, which I explain to the attendant Ms T Brown. She just totally disregard what I was saying, and charged me for cleaning and fueling. I received the truck mileage at 138880 and return at 139005. Little over 205 miles. On a FULL tank. There’s no way I can return 1/8 of a tank. I fill up at Terry I have receipts Trans # 2298 -40 bucks phone # 334-297-5315. I fill I should have not been changed extra for the return. Ms T Brown gave NO customer service at all, it was her way and that’s IT. That type of attitude should not be a part of the U Haul experience. I call to leave a message for management and have Not received a response. So Team. I guess it’s throughout.

I called to make an reservation but still had to wait about 35 minutes for truck rental. The person that helped me was nice so I wasn’t upset about the wait, But when I brought the truck back the employee in which appeared to be the general manager according to my paperwork was rude and had an attitude. The first thing he said was I’m going to have to charge you an extra $25 for the back not being swept and the inside of the truck. I told him I personally brought my broom for that purpose. I had cleaned my garage and took the items to the local dump. At the dump it was very messy and muddy. So I had swept both the inside of the truck and the back where the cargo went. I got on the back and swept it again and also swept the inside despite my joint pain and arthritis. Just know that I am physically challenged and hopping up there was a chore itself and I had just done some cleaning at my house and cleaned out of my garage. I was just disappointed personally about the treatment but I was also exhausted from my fun filled day of cleaning. I clean out my garage about every 2 years and always rent a truck from here to do so. I will definitely try another location from now on because clearly staying close to home does not matter when you have rude employees. Will travel a little further for good decent service. I was hoping I got a survey I love to complete whether great or bad. I recognize the good and the bad. How are you going to train your employees to act with integrity and you don’t act in decency and in order yourself? You act as if you are not properly trained yourself. A regular lady that was getting a refill on gas offered to help me off the truck as she could see my struggle.

Our truck was leaking bad everywhere but the representative did make it right for us. I suggest keeping up on the maintenance of the vehicles would be a great improvement.

THOSE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE FOREST PARK U HAUL ARE NOT FRIENDLY, THEY "NEVER " ANSWER THE PHONE; THEY DO NOT TRY TO ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM WITH THE TRUCKS. THEIR SOLUTION IS TO TELL YOU TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.! NEVER REFERRING ANYONE.
