Not the pick-up location issue. The incorrectly changed address was sent. I had to go to the wrong location (Upland) first, and then to Fontana, which required an additional 40-minute drive. Jessica apologized and said she would credit me for the extra 25 miles, but the Fullerton location (return location) refused the credit and charged me for over mileage. I contacted the Fullerton manager, but I never heard back.

LTANYA T.The AC was not working. It took me over two hours to get this rental. The first location did not provide a gate code and the rental was blocked in. After three calls to customer service, I was able to get this rental.
Jenny C.The drop off location refused to open the door for me. I called customer service AGAIN, and was sent to THE WRONG LOCATION, finally. The original location opens up, I go back a second time and they charge me $40 for something I was never supposed to be charged for. Then, 10th call to customer service. This morning call number 11 and 12. Hours and hours and my case STILL is not settled. Wow!!
