David B.Not the pick-up location issue. The incorrectly changed address was sent. I had to go to the wrong location (Upland) first, and then to Fontana, which required an additional 40-minute drive. Jessica apologized and said she would credit me for the extra 25 miles, but the Fullerton location (return location) refused the credit and charged me for over mileage. I contacted the Fullerton manager, but I never heard back.
