Absolutely never again. We never dealt with a person in person. No one could find my reservation even tho I had all the text and emails. The site and app never registered my reservation. Upon return it was the same. I couldn't check out and do the inspection because there was nothing to attach it to. I have videos from pick up and return. This whole entire process with thai company was so stressful and unprofessional. I use uhual often and rethinking after this experience. Completely ruined my mother's day.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe Uhaul ran and drove perfectly but the virtual experience and not having a live person to help and answer questions was a pain. Everything had to be done over your phone and took about 45 minutes to pick up and drop off the Uhaul. If the need for a Uhaul comes up again, I will only use a place that has live people on the property.
Kim WOwner is of a restaurant. When running 2 businesses at the same time ,exceptional customer service can be challenging,. This gentleman gave us prompt service and we even arrived a bit early.
PATRICIA LLady was very nice and answered all of my husband's questions.
Keith RThe lady who helped me went above and beyond. I've rented from a Muscle Shoals location and never had help installing the trailer. This lady helped me install the trailer and everything. I'll be going out of my way to rent from this location!
