I arrived at location during posted open hrs. I had to call owner and wait 15 minutes for him to show up. parking lot was very small and was difficult to park in to get off street with my girlfriend dropping off a 5'X8' box trailer and me dropping off 26" truck and toy hauler.
JOSEPH SSuper easy pickup and location to get too. The man at the business was a super nice guy and helped me and made renting the trailer super easy. I will Definitely use business again in the future.
April nGreat Owner to deal with. Don't know what happened with the truck but it was dirty when I picked it up. Still had a mud all over the tires so it had not been washed and the inside was a little dirty. But the owner was a super nice guy. Maybe someone had just dropped it off. One thing that was beyond the pick up location was that U-Haul changed my pickup location by several miles. Then I was charged for the extra miles upon drop off. Not a huge deal as the owner was super nice and credited me a extra day but UHaul needs to contact a person before just arbitrarily changing pick up and drop off locations without coordinating with the customer.
