The location itself and everyone at Midgard Storage was an absolute JOY to work with. However, your own website/process (uhaul.com) is beyond horrendous. This entire process was fraught with nothing but issues. I've used Uhaul for years but am seriously reconsidering ever using your services again after all the issues I had with you guys the past two days. From making the reservation online to checking the truck back in, I spent over 3hrs on hold over the phone with customer service reps and have had to speak with 3 or 4 different live chat agents to ensure things were properly handled. Truly terrible service on Uhauls behalf... I highly recommend Midgard storage for all your storage needs however as their representatives are wonderful!!

Definitely poor customer service they did not have the U-Haul truck that we requested the lady that I spoke to on the phone whenever I got there was extremely rude and not willing to accommodate our needs. Would not recommend this location for U-Haul pick up to anyone

I wish people would not smoke in the vehicles I'm a non smoker and the odor and nicotine residue is not good Other than that. Staff was great. Truck was fine

Did not provide blankets or dolly I had reserved online. Truck was returned while I was at the counter waiting for it, so the truck was not cleaned between customers. Air conditioning did not work in the truck.

your online drop off is slow and has too many steps. It took us almost 15 minutes to get connected, get a verification code sent, load pics, etc. And we have a smartphone and are techno savvy.

Picked up with half tank of fuel brought back with 3/4 tank. Charged we for 6 addtinal mile and accused me of stilling blankets.
