Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI could not get the uhaul app to work at that location. I rented for 2 days but said I might only need 1 day and the agent said that all I needed to do was return it before the 24 hrs were up and he would make the adjustment. I returned the truck 10-15 minutes before the 24 hours were up. The agent was not there but left a note stating he was on the grounds and call him if I needed help now. I called twice before the 24 hrs were up and left a message stating that. My 24 hrs were up at 10am, I returned the truck at 9:45-950am. He checked the truck in after noon and charged me for 2 days. I called and left a message for him to make an adjustment to the charges. I just received my credit card bill and there was no adjustment on the charges.
Daryl KWe arrived at 10:30am and there was no one on site to assist. We saw a man getting in his car when we pulled up and he said that he worked there but was leaving for the day and couldn't help us.
MISTI OFast and friendly service. Equipment clean and in excellent condition.
