Hamed A.I made a reservation for 10am and the gentleman that was working there was 10 minutes late. The truck I had rented ended up overheating and had issues even though the gentleman told me that the truck run just fine. I only drove this truck 29 miles total. When I had called the gentleman to let him know what was going on, all he could tell me was to call roadside assistance. I've never rented a U-Haul before but I know I will never come back to this place again if I ever need to rent a U-Haul again.
