CAMERON ZB Ox truck barely started, thought it was going to leave me stranded
Dean SI usually rent at another location, where they have a large variety of trucks to rent, are friendly and quick. This location is 2 miles from my home and I was in a hurry. Using the online app was not quick. It took too long for "approval" and the process was cumbersome. I finally got the truck, loaded it with the furniture I was moving, closed and secured the door. Drove <1 mile when I learned that the door latch disconnected and the door was up, exposing my furniture to falling out and causing an accident. I pulled over and tried several times to get the latch to securely lock. It didn't. So, I had to find a tool to help me get it secured. The truck's transmission was sluggish, another safety hazard in traffic. In the future, I'll drive the extra 7.5 miles each way to get a better experience, which will cost me around $15 more each time.
