The pick up experience was horrible. We had to pick the truck up after hours using a phone app. Could not get it to work. We called the uhaul number for assistance. we were on hold for at least 20 minutes. When we got through we spoke for maybe 1 minute and got disconnected. This happened 3 more times. My husband was able to set up a new login on his phone. the whole process took 2 hours. Very unhappy with your customer service department.

it took me longer to get the truck then I had it im 50 years old and always have used U-Haul for my needs put I wont any longer it was a pain I took a hour to get the truck and I had it for 38 mins haha I wont use U-Haul again.........it wasn't the location it was the corp office and the operator on the phones that was not being nice and not very helpful

loved doing the online check in. i didnt have to wait in lines sign a bunch of papers or talk to anybody. only bad part we got some snow the night before so the driveway leading into the place was bad almost got stuck trying to find the truck. all and all a good experience

The gentleman that assisted me was extremely polite. The only reason I stated the Uhaul was not clean was due to the inside of cab being muddy and sticky. I am a loyal Uhaul renter and just wish there were discounts for us because I will be needing to rent 2 more times over the next week and that's expensive.

I made a reservation online for a trailer for one day and called the location and confirmed the rental arrangement. When I arrived the next day at my scheduled time, no one was there. I went ahead and began the process of hooking up the trailer to my truck, then an employee finally arrived. I asked if there was anything else he needed from me to which he said no. 15 minutes after I left, I get a phone call to return to the location because they don’t do online reservations!??? So, I did. When I returned, I was told if I had not returned, they were going to report the trailer stolen!!!! (Thankfully for their sake that did not happen!) I had all of the email confirmations of the reservation! Then, when I returned the trailer later in the day, they were closed, and I had to return it via the online app! They can’t do a reservation online, but you can return it online?? Also, the trailer was wet inside and the parking lights did not work. I will choose an alternative solution for my rental needs next time!

I have to say - I was disappointed I was not given notice sooner as to the location. I had called U-haul on main str. Did not see the text sent that day of location change. It should be stated that just because you call one place - does not mean that is where the vehicle will be. Since I called the one on Main str. I expected to pick it up there. Is there some way I can request from corporate office to use the main street location? It is within walking distance of my work.

The truck vibrated over 55 mph. Not clean. The mileage that was quoted was not enough to get from point A to point B

Everything went as it should. I had to pick it up from a different place then my preferred location. I did not need the trailer for 1 week. I would like to see a daily rate added to make it more affordable.

The man working the counter left with customers waiting to get their U-Hauls. We waited until 10:30 before he returned when our reservation was at 9am. Horrible customer service and won’t ever use again.

Had my rental pick up scheduled for 10am. Showed up and no one was at the building. Called the number and the woman who answered casually stated no one was there. After about 30 minutes of making phone calls someone finally showed up. The man who showed up was a tow tuck driver who was not trained on how to rent out a uhaul at all (not his fault). He was on the phone with the woman for about 20 minutes while she was taking other phone calls and trying to get information from me that I had already entered when I reserved it. The woman then tried to fax us a form to sign but when none of the machines in the building were working I had to call her again and she said I was good to go. Took about an hour overall. Extremely unorganized.

Truck was not clean. It was stinking inside the truck very terribly. The floor was wet and stinky. It was smelling like a dead fish inside the truck. There were flies flying when I opened the back shutter of the truck.

The man who was running it was 15 minutes late and took almost another 45 minutes to actually process the rental, trying several times to rent me another individuals truck due to sharing a last name. Thanks to this i was unable to finish my moving and now have to hope I can find a place that won't overcharge me to haul all this away because I am not renting another Uhaul
