The guy running the location in Fenton is underpaid, no matter what his salary. Helpful as hell, offered to drop me off at home when my ride was late after the drop off. He was just as helpful two weeks prior when I was there to help a family member move.

When there is a reservation for a specific time actually have someone there to rent the truck! I had to have someone wait for over an hour for someone to show up(not the first time this place has been unattended). I will not do business with you again.

Our moving blankets ordered were agreed to be a few less than original ordered just based on what was on hand and our needs but the actual number received was not updated in the system creating questions upon return. Our equipment was in good working order and generally clean but we were expected to return trick swept and did not receive a truck that had been swept. Other than that our experience was great and service was great.

the guy who took care of me was excellent! he is a very valuable individual very friendly with get it done attitude! he could use a better computer however, the out of date slow system he was forced to use should be an embarrassment to this multi-billion dollar company!!

Office was locked up when I arrived at 10:30am. Office worker was also locked out and waiting for someone to arrive to let her in. Waited approximately 25 minutes in parking lot until owner showed up with office key to let everyone in. Returned truck at apprx 2:30 and again the office was locked and closed during normal hours of operation. Returned truck key in door slot.

I was charged an extra day when I returned a trailer on Sunday. I was told when I made the reservation that it didn't matter what time because they were closed on Sunday. I returned it on Sunday when they were closed but was charged an extra day because it was after 10:00. Ridiculous to gouge customers for an extra day when you are closed! Not to mention that I was told it wouldn't matter what time I returned it! Total BS way to treat customers!!

My appointment was scheduled for 7:00pm which my local store was close but my truck was there, they had already switched my reservation to this store not the store i wanted i get there get my truck next day i get a call saying i was not to take the truck the manger was unprofessional and hung up on me rude and nasty

The guy that was there told me that everything worked on the trailer. Come to find out there was a short and it was blowing a fuse on my truck. I had to wait two hours to get somebody out to fix it. This delayed my trip a whole day.

Over charged by 10 miles. When I confronted the associate about it she maintained I was mistaking until she looked over the paperwork and realized it was her mistake. After all this she said the only way to fix it is to cancel the first transaction and resumit it. I know I would of been double charged with both charges pending so I opted to eat the 10 miles. Place was dirty and I felt like I was a burden for walking in the door. PS I was double charged for a pickup rental 2 days prior and both charges are still pending on my bank account as I write this. Im not happy with UHAUL or this facility.
