I drove about 15 miles total and they charged me $54 for gas.
The trailer had a flat when I went to pick it up. The service person was great. Tried to get a company to replace it. Didn't work so he replaced it with another new tire. He made sure it was torqued to the correct setting and Everything.
Everyone one of your employees should be wearing a mask. Not a single employee, including the manager, had one on (not even incorrectly)

Truck had clear damage. Interior cargo bay light did not function. Battery died. App could not locate me at store for check in.
Of the four employees I encountered picking up and dropping off a trailer not a single one was wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. Furthermore, after dropping off I had to ask for a receipt for proof that I had returned the trailer.... what would have happened if I hadn't asked?
Exactly the same problem disconnecting the trailer and moving them around in the yard. It also tells me U Haul as a corporation Does Not seem to Care about the physical health of its employees.
I have only two complaints about this rental. 1)The spring or springs on the overhead door of the trailer were broken which made it difficult to raise and lower the door 2) Not a single employee, including the General Manager were wearing masks, as mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!
My complaint is that o rented a truck in norristown, pa and my reserved truck was returned to a different location, so I was assigned a new truck 40 minutes away. I understand that might happen, but there was no phone call to let me know to make new arrangements. Wasted two hours waiting for uhaul; while my movers waited for me to get the truck. If you don't have a truck. Don't wait for the customer to show up before you start to make new arrangements. Figure it out and at least give a preventative phone call. Terrible experience.
The staff did not wear a mask when I came to claim my boxes. He seemed bothered by my being there asking for the ones we preordered. He sighed as he looked up from his cell phone. One the day we picked up the truck, there were a few employees and only one was wearing a mask. We also did the pre-check-in in hopes to make the process easier but that was not the case. Also, the truck latch was frozen. Calling for assistance did not go well as their office did not open till 9am. Inside the truck was garbage from the previous renter. I did report the event of picking up the boxes to corporate but did not give a time or location as we had not picked up the truck and did not want any hassles.

Truck was givin to me rite after someone just returned it not cleaned nor disinfected even though their promise is to fallow guidelines and cleaned disinfected truck employees do not wear masks and are very rude to clients

I rented a 26' truck two weeks ahead with confirmation email to pickup as scheduled, so I booked the movers. Only to be told day off at the location that the customer before me didn't return the vehicle so I have to wait till 2pm from 9am. Movers were at my house waiting. No other arrangement was made to find me another vehicle. Movers couldn't come back 2pm because they have other jobs. After waiting one and half hours and calling other truck companies with no luck, this location gave me a 17' white truck that couldn't carry my belongings at once. I paid movers extra $160 for additional person, still I lost two hours of my time with them. Ended up packing and moving half of my things myself. This is the worst moving experience I have ever had.
