Be sure the mileage and gas is correct in the U-Haul app for customer who is picking up. There was a 225 miles difference and the gas was off as well.

It was hard to get into contact with the company that the U-Haul was being Parked at, and the customer service I received at this location was challenging.
Nahila LThe truck itself was not swept out in the cab or the storage there was broken glass and some other trash.
Colin BThey tried to charge me for Fuel. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the dash to show that the tank was not full when I picked the truck up. I had to call customer support and send my pictures but there was an unexpected charge on my account for a couple of days.
Dena GThis pick up was very poorly handled. Was not asked for ID or anything. No truck check for the gas level so I took a picture of that for proof upon return as the tank was not full. I did not think to check the mileage as I was traveling well under the 257 mile allotment, so was charged for additional mileage, as well as an insurance coverage I declined on my reservation. I then received an email noting the rental was cancelled which made things even more fun trying to return
