The uhaul is ran by by a son, the father runs Pizza place. I had a pick up time of 11am drove to Pizza place walked in ans no one there knew what I was talking about, finally the owner came out said its ran by his son drive few blocks down the street and theres a lot with the uhaul trailers he will meet ya there, 20 minutes later he showed up. Lights did not work and he asked if I had tools with me to fix the lights I said no, he asked is there tools where I am pulling the trailer and I could work on lights. I finally took trailer back when done called the number listed which is the Pizza restaurant and got hung up on twice

Rod PThere was no personal no one answered the phone. I had to call uhaul to let them know the trailer was dropped off and my return date is wrong on the receipt I had the trailer less then 24 hours and was charged 550 bucks
KYLE GNo one is around. Closed on weekends. Drop equipment off on Saturday evening at their "24 hour location" but have to call Monday to confirm it is there, no one working that can check U Haul equipment in on Monday, U Haul calls me Tuesday thinking I'm late and wants to charge more, after I explain situation company calls location and magically my paperwork is back dated to Monday (when I dropped off on Saturday). This is the 2nd time I've had a similar experience here.
MICHAEL DU-haul was dirty inside and had broken pieces of plastic everywhere. Also, there was only one truck available at this location and it was 26’
