Zach was nice and helpful. However, This was not our intended pick up location and we were not familiar with the area.

Ricky BZac was great and the location was perfect for me. Maybe it could have a little more room to turn trailers around. My problem was with the website at checkout, as it wouldn't let me upload the photos (which is ridiculous that you think I should upload photos of the trailer after use). Probably should just have a key drop of some sort just like the trucks. Plus not everyone has access to a smart phone when dropping off a trailer

Jeff KI will never rent a truck from you guys agian! You missed up order got changed at lest I thought is was with email and costmer support but they charged me for more miles and coverage and another day become they went off originally order! And cause me for anagitive charge to my account!!

Maura CVery disappointed wanted a 15 ft U-Haul settled on a 10ft instead. Called the place several times during the week. Could not get an answer for sure if my reservation was for sure or not 18 hrs before pick up found out I had to call that nothing was going to be there. Called a number they said I could drive to another place ( was over 3hrs away one way) won't work found one next town over. Just a headache oh I did get the original 15 ft that I wanted free upgrade like ten bucks but had to spend 40 dollars in gas for extra miles what a good deal

Brendan MVery kind, helpful and friendly service. Keep doing what you are doing. Keep the lines of communication open with your customers so they know what to expect. With all the stress and hassle of moving, the fear of the unknown makes it worse.
Jill EBad: Trailer on terrible lot full of chuck holes. Trailer had sat so long that weeds had nearly covered tongue. Pulled trailer to station as one tire was very low on pressure. Loading ramp hinges were so rusted it was nearly impossible to lower. Good: Once tire pressure was corrected, trailer towed OK and handled the load well.

LISA W"If you do not bring it back absolutely full of gas then I will charge you for all of it". Did not care if it was brought back with the same level of gas as when rented. Inconsistency between locations means I will never use UHaul again and I will use this example as a business case for my students. I will tell everyone.

claudia bThey need to be more organized and actually listen to the customer. I wanted to drop the truck off at a different location and had to tell him 3 times. He finally said he had it changed but when I went to return the truck to the new location it turned out he never changed it at all. So I had to drive the truck back an additional 50 miles because he lied to me which means an extra $50 out of my pocket because he didn't want to listen. Once I showed up to drop the truck off during business hours he proceeded to tell me he was to busy to look at the truck or meet with me. The worst experience I've ever had with U-haul!

Ricky BThe "gentleman" who runs this location is exceptionally rude. First of all, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for him to even show up. When he did, he refused to answer any questions we might have. He treated us like we were idiots because we didn't have some code for a lock box. Shouldn't he know the code? I think he should. This was after I drove almost an hour because uhaul couldn't guarantee me a truck at my local rental place. Was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, and empathy.
stefan bGive a discount on customers who rent out things a couple times a month. Or a coupons on things would be nice may get more customers. Just a thought. Everything went well on my rental. Thankyou very much.

Ricky BDecorah, Iowa was my destination. Although there is a UHaul location in Decorah, I was required to drive the truck and trailer to Fayette, Iowa for drop off, 38 miles away. It took me one hour to get there and I had to pay someone $50.00 to bring me back to Decorah. Not a good experience!

jeff sThe drive is terrible! The gravel drive needs attention. It needs to be bladed. Also went to the Downtown lounge to let them know I dropped the trailer, when waking in, the owner Tim and a gentleman also bar tending, just looked at us standing at the end of the bar. Until I asked if they worked here, neither came over to help. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!

Cody KNobody available during listed hours. Had to call two numbers to get ahold of anyone. They said just leave the trailer and they would get it checked in later. They did not. I received a call and email stating that I had not returned the trailer, when in fact it was returned early. By far the worst customer service of any location I have dealt with.
Shon GThe young man who helped us went above and beyond for us. Uhaul moved our reservation 40 mins from our original choice and did not notify us. This man called us and even rented to us 2 hours prior to opening.

John NConsidering I couldnt use the app to check in the truck, and it wad Sunday morning so no one around, it was all good. I was confused when I put the keys in the Dropbox and there was a slit for "contract ". I left, made a copy of my paperwork, returned and pur that in the slot.
ellen sCalled ahead said open til 7. I admit was 7:02 when we pulled in couldn't find the office of the place only found where the equipment was parked on Main Street. There were personnel in the grocery store right beside the equipment but the door was locked and when I knocked she couldn't hear me! When I tried to check in online I couldn't with a trailer! So I figured we park the trailer next to the other trailer document it with photos Including landmarks in the back with time stamps and hope it's still there Monday morning. As this location is closed sundays. I'm assumming it was no one called! Other than that good equipment easy to find online support was good quick answers from the phone call of where to check in. Etc. the Fayette location was easy to spot on main and easy to access.
